Absolutely disgusting experience.
The service was beyond terrible. When I opened my burger, it looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it. On top of that, there was an unbearable smell, like I had walked into a bathroom. This is not just bad service — it’s a serious hygiene issue. Completely unacceptable. I will never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

First visit was a drive thru order. Order taker was great. Spoke up and easy to hear. Order was perfect. Hot food, correct. Great chicken biscuit! Come teach my local McDonald’s how to do so well.

I’ve given this McDonald’s multiple chances, but the quality just isn’t improving. The cook time for Quarter Pounders is always rushed — the patties often come out undercooked and pink in the middle. It’s disappointing that this issue keeps happening, and it doesn’t seem like management is taking steps to fix it. Serving raw food isn’t acceptable, and until they start properly cooking their burgers, I can’t recommend this location.

Just when I thought I’d never again have that classic, really good McDonald’s milkshake—and had sworn off buying one altogether—The last one I got from another branch was disgusting and a waste….I visited this branch and was pleasantly surprised. I finally got the delicious milkshake I’d been craving!
Thank you to this team for serving the yummiest milkshake I’ve been searching for. The nuggets and fries were perfectly cooked as well. I’ve been to several other branches, and so far, this one stands out as the best.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four stars, because there’s always room for improvement. Maintain!

We were on our way to Florida from Somerset when my family of six decided to grab McDonald’s before getting on the interstate. We did a curbside pickup, and I ordered a Quarter Pounder with just cheese and ketchup, a medium fry, and a large Diet Coke. We didn’t start eating until we got onto I-75 South. After a few bites of my burger, I noticed it was slightly pink—not raw, but definitely pink. Honestly, I should’ve known better, but since we weren’t stopping again, I kept eating.

By the time we reached Knoxville, I started vomiting profusely. I was sick nonstop from Knoxville all the way to Chattanooga. I genuinely thought I was going to die. I threw up seven times with my entire family in the car. Thankfully, once we reached North Georgia, it finally stopped. I tried taking two nausea pills, but I threw those right back up. I couldn’t even keep down a sip of Gatorade without it coming back up.

I won’t be eating at McDonald’s for a long time, which is disappointing because I usually enjoy the food. But when a burger causes two hours of constant vomiting, it’s enough to make you never want to eat there again.

Customer in front of me had cold fries. Automated teller out of paper. Service was painfully slow. 6 employees mulling around chatting and I was the only one at the counter and 2 people at drive-thru. My order took 15 minutes. My order was missing meat in the BigMac. And for dessert they forgot to give me my drink cups.

Oh boy, where do I even start with this “amazing” restaurant experience? Imagine a grand restaurant sign from the highway leading you to this hidden gem… Well, it turned out to be a fast food joint in a gas station! Talk about high expectations, right? The décor was an artistic masterpiece of clutter, making it feel like a vintage convenience store. The service, oh, don’t get me started! It was as slow as a snail marathon.

Now, let’s talk about the culinary delights they offered. The coffee was a masterclass in being both cold and bland simultaneously. And brace yourself for the pièce de résistance, the hot apple pie – or should I say cold apple pie, because that’s exactly what we got!

Needless to say, we were blown away by the whole experience – blown away by the disappointment! Next time we’ll just keep on driving and cherish the memories of this delightful adventure in the gas station restaurant wonderland. Because let’s be honest, it was more of a gas station than even a humble McDonald’s. Bravo!

You never know if your fries will be limp, refried, or fresh and piping hot. And don’t even get me started on the Minute Maid orange juice — sometimes crisp and tangy, other times it’s basically orange-flavored water. Either way, I keep rolling the dice at the Golden Arches!
