Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This was my husband and I ‘s first time eating at Whataburger which was in Hermitage, Tennessee. Whataburger now has got us hooked. We give them five stars on everything , the atmosphere was Great , Service was great and it was clean and the food was excellent and fresh , it was our first time trying one of those blueberry drink’s and raspberry drinks with the cream on top we are never looking back It’s like having a drink from Starbucks. We are hooked now. Everything was so good. We ordered two meals to go. with drinks

We have eaten at a lot of fast food burger restaurants, but nothing compares to Whataburger for us when you’re trying to stretch those coins on a out budget Whataburger is the place to be for us , I am so glad they are putting one in our area

This store was what I expect from Whataburger. Both the store and the parking lot were clean and inviting. Great good impression. The staff were attentive, engaging, courteous, and accurate. The food was as ordered, tasted like the wonderful Whataburger I expect, and came out pretty quickly.

I am not a huge fan of Kiosk ordering, but a fairly complicated order was prepared exactly as ordered and delivered to my table within 8 minutes.
* That is a relatively long time for “fast food” but for hot, fresh food, I find it totally acceptable.
The restaurant was spotless, and the few employees that I had minimal contact with were pleasant.
The burger was a behemoth, piping hot and delicious.
$21 IS a lot for a fast food burger, but as you can see from the photo, it was as ordered and really a decent value.
I’m not a fast food fan as a rule, but after this initial visit, I’m sure that I will return at some point.

I have to say I felt like Remy from Rataouille when I ate my chicken sandwich. I still think about how delicious it was every day. Best fast food I’ve ever had!! I waited 15 mins for my food. That chicken sandwich was amazing. I would wait all day for it. I wish I had a Whataburger near me my son also enjoyed his burger and said it was the best fast food he’s ever had. The only complaint was I ordered it with no onions and it came with onions.

I haven’t been to this location in a few months but I never had a bad experience here or at any Whataburger. It’s my favorite drive through burger joint. That is until today 7:00pm 8/19/25. The workers were friendly enough and the service was quick, but maybe a little too quick. They were out of Coke Zero annoying but I can switch to Dr.Pepper. Fries were lukewarm and very stale Really annoying and I thought about taking them back, but I was hungry and didn’t want to engage so I just said forget it I’ll just eat the burger. This is where I had to draw the line and leave a much earned one ⭐️ review. I got about halfway through my burger before I realized the meat was RAW! Not medium well, cold and mushy in the middle RAW! (See attached photo) Serving RAW meat to customers through a Whataburger drive through?! I choose places like Whataburger because, in my experience, they hold themselves to a higher standard than most of their competitors, or at least they use to. Absolutely disgusting behavior! The owner of this business should be ashamed that his store operates in this manner. I’m not sure what the next step to reporting this to the proper agency is, but I’m definitely going to find out. I will not be going back to Whataburger anytime soon that’s for sure

Not sure if we just happened to come at a really good time compared to other reviews on here, but our experience here was great with my wife and I. I got their Whata-chicken combo with their Blackberry Dr. Pepper shake, which was so good (it’s even better when you let it just sit for a bit before diving in!) great good for great prices if you ask me. It was the first time I’ve ever been to a Whataburger and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Because of where I live, I don’t have a chance to visit What-A-Burger too often — it’s been about 10 years! Needless to excited, I was excited to try it again.
The shop was fresh and clean. The service was friendly.
I ordered the standard burger and it wasn’t very pretty, in my humble opinion, but it tasted better than it looked. However, it was substandard to other fast food burgers I have tried while in the area. I will not hesitate to come back by any means, but I’d personally try a new establishment before rushing back for this burger if presented the option.
I did enjoy the spicy ketchup sauce.
