I love this place! It’s that comfort food kind of restaurant. HIGHLY recommend.
Food: Love the breakfast platter and I substitute the regular toast for their French toast. *chef’s kiss* My mom is hooked on their hash browns. The pancakes are quite fluffy and delicious, too! (One thing is that you have to ask for the condiments – I keep forgetting and am *shocked* when I don’t get that scrumptious house salsa, syrup, ketchup, etc.)
The fried chicken plate is another masterpiece with french fries, and a salad topped with what I think is secret sauce aka Thousand Island.
Once I find something I like, it’s hard for me to try other dishes but I will.
Parking: There is a lot that is shared with a few other businesses like a Little Ceasar’s, Sally Beauty, America’s Best and others that are further away but still in the vicinity.
Side note: I didn’t know the place had closed. The quality in all things had declined. This new management is top tier! Glad it opened back up.

GO HERE IF YOU WANT DELICIOUS FOOD! I’m sure the burgers are great, the breakfast burritos are good and stay warm until the end of time, but seriously get that carne asada, you will NOT be disappointed. 10/10 will be back for more carne asada.

I have been a customer of this place since before the pandemic. Their customer service and food were excellent indoors and their delivery service used to courteous and convenient—-Today that all changed when the older man delivering the food refused to bring the food to my apartment on the third floor, after opening the door for him. He stood in the doorway, claiming there was no place to park. The walk down took five minutes for me to get dressed and take the elevator down. The conversation in the doorway took another five minutes. Ten minutes was wasted that could have been used to deliver my food—The fries were soggy, and the bag was saturated with grease, and the food was cold. I spent $34.37. I will spend my money somewhere else where they deliver without hassle and the food is hot and not saturated with grease. The ord has opened my eyes.

Had the burger before and it’s good. Not too dry and love the sauce on it. Brings out the flavor and juiciness.
Had it with fries and the fries was either too soggy or not cooked all the way through. Wouldn’t reccomend it.
Burrito is too sweet. I don’t what it is but I think they just add a whole bunch of sugar to it. Might be the chicken in it but I don’t know. Had mostly beans in it. Honestly could’ve got better at Chipotle.
Onion rings was alright. Nice golden color to it and crunchy. Just wished the rest of my onion rings was battered too.
You would just have to know which item is good or not. Some food item is good and some are not worth the money.

I had such a great experience at Burger Factory! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Their customer service was honestly top notch they made sure everything was perfect and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.
