Ordered around 5:20pm young girl at register was friendly and efficient. Accommodated allergies and did a lettuce wrap for me. What was most impressive is another young girl came up to chat with her while I was getting my drink and I noticed the counter girl who served me kept her hands busy. She was detail cleaning the coffee machine. Wish I got her name because she is your gold star employee buffing the shine and making sure mold doesn’t grow in books and cranies of coffee dispenser. Wish more people her age were had such great work ethic. Also will note fries were fresh and food was consistent with menu as advertised. Tasty friendly and clean. Rare and very appreciated. Please give the team a good kudos and promote your counter girl.

Was craving for some chicken tenders so I took the Nashville Hot Chicken tenders. Absolutely delicious watch out it’s really spicy. And the tender are so tasty that you can eat them without the sauce. Now I feel like I want more. The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful.

The employees at this location need a serious attitude check. The girl in front was rude when taking the order, they got our order wrong, and when I took it back they preceded to get it wrong again. For the sake of keeping the peace and not being rude myself, we just ate our food and left. I understand everyone has off days, but really. You work customer service, act like it. I don’t expect a smile or anything over the top, but treat customers with respect.

I wish Grant County still had one. But they even got rid of Burger King, an Long John fish.

Both employees working the front counter were awesome! Super friendly and asked if we needed anything extra. Food was super good too, my first time trying Hardees!

Have to give it a star to be able to review. Doesn’t deserve this star though at all. Hardees quality of food has gone down drastically, won’t ever eat at another one. Mushroom “jam” had a horrible taste and mushrooms were like rubber. Onion rings tasted stale and had no flavor to this food at all. The cost of food has spiked but the quality is down.

I do not recommend this Hardee’s at all. I ordered the $6.99 breakfast meal and they ended up charging me $7.49 so I asked the manager why was I being overcharged and she couldn’t explain it. But she didn’t bother to fix it either all she said was maybe the price has changed and then turn around and rudely walked away. If this is how they conduct business they really need to replace management here. Then to top it off I open my sandwich to find you a small piece of ham as you’ll see in the picture. I’m definitely contacting corporate about this.

Been eating at Hardee’s for decades and I’ve NEVER seen a manager this awesome. He was “leading from the front” and it was impressive to watch. They were busy as hell and the manager had to make corrections to an employee; he did it with style, encouragement, and a bit of humor rather than berating the kid and ALL while he was running a register and preping orders too. When I see manager’s like this I feel the need to point it out because they need to know they are doing a good job. The food was hot and fresh and the dining area was very clean.
