I’m a frequent customer here, and I have to say I’m incredibly impressed with how much the quality has improved! At first, things were a bit inconsistent, but lately, the food has been excellent. The chicken is consistently fresh and crispy, the biscuits are hot and flaky, and the pies are always a perfect sweet treat.
What truly elevated my last experience was the drive-thru service from Mercy. She was exceptionally polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, making the whole pickup process easy and pleasant. It’s staff like her who make you want to keep coming back.
Overall, I’m really satisfied with this Popeyes location. Highly recommend stopping by for great food and even better customer care!

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. The service I received was exceptionally poor, and the staff member I interacted with was impolite. Furthermore, the meal I ordered was overcooked and dry. This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing order I have ever placed, especially considering the $32 cost. Consequently, I do not anticipate returning to this location. The macaroni and cheese, in particular, was unpalatable, possessing an unpleasant smoky flavor and a dry consistency. I was unable to consume the food and, regrettably, even my dog experienced difficulty with the chicken tenders, nearly choking on them. It is also worth noting that the chicken portions were remarkably small, comparable to or even smaller than the size of my thumb.

I’ve been to a lot of Popeyes, but the experience at this E. Colonial Dr. location was on another level!
While the food was exactly what you want—piping hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty—it was the service that truly stole the show. It’s rare to see a team working so seamlessly together, and it made my visit genuinely pleasant.
A massive shoutout to Manager Takelia and Crew Member Naretsy.
Their customer service was nothing short of phenomenal. Takelia runs a tight ship with a positive energy that filters down to the whole staff, and Naretsy was so attentive, friendly, and efficient.
I would say she cares about the company like an assistant manager would! Calling out orders and checking them, making sure all is correct and, repeating it back to the customer , making sure its the correct order. Let me tell you thst, It’s clear they actually care about the guest experience, which is so refreshing to see.
If you are craving some good fried chicken, do yourself a favor and head to this specific location. The food is great, but the outstanding service is what will keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

Mercy was very pleasant to speak with in the drive thru. She promptly took my large order and patiently answered my questions. Hector helped prepare our order and ensure accuracy. Even after my drive home (15-20 mins) our food was still hot and fresh. It had been several years since visiting a Popeyes and we will definitely visit sooner due to our experience tonight.

The chicken is very good. Juicy, spicy, and delicious. No issues with the meal. HOWEVER, The service was terrible. The employee working the register on 7/15 at 12pm was very rude. She got multiple orders wrong, and was being loud and acted annoyed that she was taking my order.
The entire experience was a mess. Many people were waiting 10+ minutes for simple orders. I had to walk the employee through completing my order after waiting 10 minutes.
The whole team seemed that they did not know what they were doing.

I NEVER leave reviews, but this restaurant time and time again is the worst place to order food in and around the UCF area. Do not go here, do not trust them to improve. They hire the worst people you could possibly imagine interacting with, and even worse is their failure to put together even simple orders. Save your money and visit the chic-fil-a or canes that are so close to this restaurant. It is absolutely abysmal that they are somehow still open.

Ok the Manager on duty at around 6:30-7pm on 10/29 was an absolute LEADER ! The way she communicated to her team and did everything she can to keep up with the constant business there getting was impressive, coming from a chef deep in the culinary world it was truly impressive and amazing to see and strong woman lead her team and make sure food quality was at its best and every customer was taken care of fairly. Please show her gratitude and respect as she kept your store alive while it looked like it was gona fall. Good job! I believe her name started with a T and had a K in it. Very well done! All to the people in the back cooking chicken and biscuits great job as well responding to your boss and communicating

horrible service, food looks disgusting, waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes, terrible customer service, forgot multiple things out of my order, and my chicken wings have someone’s hair in it. I found multiple pieces. The fact that they called this a wing establishment is insane, I’m disgusted. I’ll never ever spend my money at a Popeyes ever again.

Eating there was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were served by a girl with glasses who didn’t have name tag. Her service was terrible. She was rude and gave us dirty looks. I don’t understand how she works in a customer service position. I’ll never go back to this place.
