My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and it was truly an amazing first-time experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming. Our server, Pam, was absolutely wonderful — professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening.
The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked, served hot, and full of flavor. The ambiance was beautifully lit with a romantic and elegant setting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a special occasion. Every detail of the evening made it memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for better service or a better meal. We will definitely be returning soon!

I wanted to celebrate a friend passing the bar exam and thought about Ruth Chris steak house I’ve heard a lot about it but never been. Let me tell you from the moment the valet opened my car door the service was spectacular. Jonathan, who is one of the managers opened the front doors for us and greeted us with a friendly smile and took us to the host who was ready to take us to our table. Our table had a very nice written card from the manager Jonathan congratulating us for the special occasion we were celebrating as well as some confetti on the table. That was such a special touch that went way above and beyond my expectations. Our server Jennypher was fantastic she was very attentive and took care of everything we needed and was very friendly. She also gave us great recommendations on food and appetizers. The stuffed mushrooms, calamari, and spicy shrimp which all were fantastic came out hot and delicious. We all got the 3 course meal with the Caesar salad, French onion soup, the steak and lobster, garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. All of the food was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Then dessert came and again I was blown away by the presentation and taste of all of it. This was by far my best dining experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Jonathan and Jennypher for making this celebration even more magical with the service and special touches you added!

my only complaint is when we were being seated one of the hosts (or floor managers) asked a member of my party to remove their hat, which is respectful of the environment, except when we walked in the dining area A total of 5 men at different tables had hats on and were not spoken too about it for the duration of their service. If this is going to be protocol, ensure that this rule is enforced to ALL patrons in the restaurant not just the those who management choose to single out.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely immaculate–truly one of the highlights of the entire experience. From the moment we were seated, the staff was attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t live up to the level of service. The flavors were very basic and lacked depth or creativity. I’ve had far better culinary experiences at places like COTE and Klaw, where the dishes are more thoughtfully seasoned and layered with flavor. Here, everything just felt underwhelming and a bit uninspired, especially considering the price point and presentation.
The drinks were solid–well-made and enjoyable, which added a nice touch to the evening. But overall, the food left much to be desired.
I’m giving this place 3 stars solely because of the exceptional service and quality of the cocktails. If the kitchen elevated its flavor profiles to match the level of hospitality, this could easily become a top-tier dining

Amazing is an understatement! First, our serve Joey made our entire night. He was the funniest and most personable waiter we have ever had. It was my husband’s birthday and they truly went out of their way to make him feel special. From the table decor to all of the staff stopping by to tell him best wishes. Joey’s service was excellent and we will always request him moving forward! Second, the food was great. All came out so quickly and made perfectly. 5-stars all the way!!

This was my first time at Ruth’s Chris. It did not live up to my expectations. Maybe their hayday is over… the atmosphere was dull the food was bland and dry and the drinks were not great. The only Good thing about this place were the servers! They were all professional, kind and friendly. I would not recommend this restaurant. I believe South Florida has a lot more to offer than this restaurant.
