This new location for a tested and true bagel place comes with our welcome and excitement. The place is bright and roomy. The staff were friendly and attentive. The bagels, handrolled and baked, have a nice bite, softer than others in the area. We’ll be back to enjoy more of what’s on offer.

From the moment you walk in, you’re taken care of. The shop is very clean, spacious, and welcoming, and everything looks extremely fresh. I had a sesame seed bagel with scallion cream cheese and a coffee all delicious for about $8ish dollars. The bagels are a tad bit on the smaller side, but the quality makes up for it. This will definitely be my go-to bagel spot. Welcome to Franklin Square.

Long Island Bagel Cafe’s new store is absolutely gorgeous—bright, modern, and welcoming the moment you walk in. The layout is clean and spacious, making it easy to see everything they offer without feeling crowded. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, greeting customers with smiles and keeping the line moving smoothly. The food selection is impressive, with a wide variety of fresh bagels, spreads, sandwiches, and other breakfast and lunch options that all looked amazing. Despite how busy it was, I was in and out surprisingly fast, which is a huge plus for mornings on the go. This new location is a fantastic addition and definitely worth stopping by.

So happy to after a bagel store back in this area, not to mention a LIBC! I always get nervous going to different locations of something I’m familiar with but as per usual they do not miss! Happy that L.I.B.C. is now in Franklin Square! My go to bagel joint. Good Bagels & Sandwiches! Buffalo Chicken Salad a favorite along with the Sun Dried Tomato Cream Cheese on an everything egg bagel. Load up on the Soups! Louisiana Steak Soup and Split Pea. Chopped Salads, Pastries, Potato Pancakes and Lox.

LIBC has been a good to since I worked in Glen Cove 15 years ago. I understand that they are new and I will absolutely update my post and rating after giving them an opportunity for redemption. However, one of the bagels in my 3 bagel order was not what I ordered and he wrote it down…I ordered an egg everything with sun dried tomato and jalapeno cream cheese and bacon. I received an everything bagel with barely any evident plain cream cheese and bacon….just frustrating when you’ve been waiting months for them to open in your area! And the butter on one of my bagels was also barely evident. Everyone is super friendly and I look forward to giving them another shot.
