i can’t speak on the food because i am not a big fast food eater, but stopped here a little while ago for food for the kids and the service was so good i had to come here and leave a review. whoever was on the night crew tonight around 7:30 pm, particularly the manager and the man working the window, was incredible. there was a little confusion on our end with ordering and using the automated speaker, but the employees were kind, patient, and understanding. they fixed it with no issues and the food was hot and fresh. i highly recommend based off of the experience alone.

I just left from checkers I used to like coming to this location but after the rudeness that I just got from one of the team leads or managers or crew was ridiculous I bit down and there was hair in my food I guess that’s the only job that he can work because of his IQ , its very sad, he needs to learn some people skills his customer service SUCKS, I’M NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I’M TELLING MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS TO NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! He could have handled it differently but he chose to be rude and despicable!!

Overall, my experience was moderately satisfactory. The food was tasty but there were some aspects that could be improved.
The fries were a bit soggy, like they had been fried again, the bacon was too burnt and a bit tough.
The service at the counter was friendly, but there was disorganization in the kitchen area and tawdry treatment between employees that was not appropriate for the eyes of customers.
Cheekers is a good place to eat fast food.
I ate at the Miami location a few months ago and the experience was much better.

Food was just as good as any other time. The problem was I saw what I think to be a manager take off her gloves run a register and print out several receipts types and walk them back to the back maybe a office. Came back 30 seconds later and start handling food without gloves on. Am not a germ aphobia person but I do think it’s practice to have guads on for a reason.

We were on a road trip and stopped by Checkers for some lunch since we don’t have a lot of those around us. I ordered a combo meal of the chicken box bites, and it was like $6 for some chicken bites, fries, and a drink, which I thought was a super good price. For some reason, it didn’t come with sauce, but we also didn’t ask for sauce so I think that was on me. However, the chicken bites really can hold their own without any sauce. The french fries are amazing and Checkers fries are my favorite fast food fries because of their seasoning and crispiness. The person working was super nice! Our food came out within a few minutes which was great and impressive for four people ordering meals. All in all, we had a great experience here and would highly recommend this location.

Nice and new. The young lady working the counter (she had a boot on her foot) was very friendly. Everyone was friendly. Now the food.. the frys are usually pretty good, but i think they triple dip those, very greasy. The burgers were not hot, I gave them 3 stars because of that. I should have taken them back, but I was like, “Oh well. I don’t want to blame checkers, but about an hour and a half later, we both had diarrhea. We were fine after that. And they do a military discount.

You can not beat their $4.00 value meal. I went yesterday and got it and was happy with it. I also got the 2 for 5 fish sandwich. I’m not sure if it’s the fry person or what, I don’t want to point fingers at any one person. It happened once before and I stopped ordering them. About a month ago I tried it again and it was GREAT!!! I’m sorry to say that yesterday’s was not good at all. Maybe it was just an off day, at least I hope so.

Ok it’s a quick cheat on my diet ! However I was starving and it was quick ! I had a checker burger with cheese and a hand full of hot and crispy fries ! It was so good I couldn’t get out the car until I finished most of it ! The sweet tea was perfectly refreshing without a thick or over sweet consistency! I would only eat this way in moderation, this is why I have to give 3 stars.
