I went to Red Robin for the first time it was the best experience ever. Our waitress was super nice. I got the cheesey bacon fondue burger and it was incredible. I normally don’t eat red meat but I was craving it so we came here and I will definitely be going again. We also got the fried pickles and a dragon fruit and dr pepper dirty sodas which were all delicious. Our waitress also told us about how if we signed up for rewards we would get a free appetizer so I was trying to do that on the little tablet thingy at the table but it was malfunctioning so she just took it off the bill for us. Service and food and atmosphere were the best.

Theast few times that I visited, it seemed that staff was struggling with seating people between the wait times and the empty tables that were visible when you walked in. The service after we were seated was great. As for the food, maybe its because Ive been there a few times, but nothing is special about the selection or food. Its good, just not memorable nor a first pick, even when it comes to burgers.

I really appreciate my waiter, David tonight who provided great customer service! The whiskey bbq burger is one of my favorite burgers and it was delicious tonight ! I waited for lil bit but I was not upset because I was not in a hurry and wanted to enjoy my food and cocktail, after a busy work week. Oh, I also appreciated the manager who provided my appetizer for free as a way to apologize for waiting. Thanks again and I will be back to Red Robin!

Food was fine, about what you would expect, cheaper that going to other places. Rootbeer float was great tho, and very cheap. Server checked up on us a bunch so that was good. Some historical and cool stuff on the walls along with good lighting and nice clean booths. Over all positive experience.

I’ve waited to post a review until I gave this place 3 chances…
Went for a late lunch early dinner yesterday, not sure if the wait staff are severely underpaid or what but not a single one looked like they were in a good or even decent mood.
The floor was slimy or greasy and had food chunks and crumbs EVERYWHERE even in the cracks of both booths we sat at. 1st table was sticky, so we asked to move, and the second table wasn’t any better. I seriously don’t think they ever clean this place because We’ve been there 3 times now and every time it’s always dirtier than before and the wait staff always look miserable and it’s not even busy compared to most restaurants.
Used dishes just sitting on empty tables for long periods next to where they sit new customers. It’s nasty, management should be ashamed of how this place runs. Don’t get me started on how gross the table pay station is. I don’t think I have ever used so much hand sanitizer in my life. They must use the same dirty rag to wipe everything off at closing…
Not surprisingly, 3 out of the 4 of us have had upset stomachs last night and this morning.
(How the Health Department hasn’t shut this place down yet is beyond me.)
Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.

From the greeting of the hostess to the server; no smiles and spoke very quietly. We stayed polite and by the end of service she got a little better. Just wish we had a better experience. Food came out right away and she kept drinks filled. Server just never cracked a smile and talked in a whisper. We had to ask her to repeat multiple times. Nobody serving looked liked they wanted to be there. My husband took my son’s to the bathroom where the water only came out HOTT! Someone who worked there even said something to him about them not fixing it. The paper towels dispenser in women’s didnt even dispense the towels out. We tipped the server very well even though. We will not be returning.

Sooo I never leave reviews but I think this makes an exception… we came in are down and orderd and it was all fine .. when it came to food our meal sat in the window alone with many others getting cold. Our server who was male wonders around the restaurant singing songs and dancing behind the bar, we revived our food and it was cold and the fries were hard and then didn’t get any of the sauce we asked for . Asked him again and he wondered around again singing and dancing and talking to his friends. We flagged down a girl 15 min later and got our sauce . I hate to do this but the service was literally testable for him only having like 3 tables. I was a server for 4 years and I always understand people forgot and they are human but when you are just standing around and not doing anything because you clearly “ don’t want to “ it like actualy pisses me off. And for the food here not being very cheap as in almost 20 for a burger it’s even more disappointing… I would understand if he was busy we all have been there but it’s not like he was …

Just wanted to let you know it was our first time at Red Robin. Jada was our waitress, she was not friendly at all, then she made faces & was very snotty to me as I was paying. My daughter is the one who saw & heard the nastiness from her. I had already left my tip, I always leave a tip but she deserved nothing for her attitude. We will not be back !

Contemporary atmosphere. A sit down, table service restaurant. The food is well prepared, tasty and presents well. Wait staff friendly but professional. Serving size is adequate but somewhat pricey. It’s family friendly and seems to be a good place for a casual date or dinner party.

Our waiter was the best waiter I’ve ever had in my life!!! He was so nice and checked in with us so many times. The food was excellent and came out fairly quickly too.
