I usually dont write negative reviews, but last night my family waited patiently in the busy drive thru and got on the road to find that our order was wrong. We called and let them know about the discrepancy. They said they would refund. When we got home we called again and they told us that unless we come back to the restaurant there’s nothing that can be done. Thats cool, but we live 30 minutes from location and don’t go there frequently.

Today there was a problem with the systems resulting in my curbside order to take a little longer than usual, however instead of letting me sit out there wondering the manager promptly came to apologize and utilized their resources to make up for the wait. I made it clear it was no issue and they still went out of their way to make sure the experience was made up for. Thank you to the staff for the communication

I’ve been to this location a few times, both at their busiest hour and when business is slow. At its busiest (around 12:30 in my experience), parking was still available, but I took the last vacant table. Regardless of how busy they are, I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. They act promptly in regard to my needs, and all of the staff are willing to help out. My most recent experience there was positive as well, with two different employees offering to help at the same time. The only possible annoyance was that my shake did not come with a straw, however that is a minor issue to me.

Got the banana shake add new pico de gallo Burger. The picture doesn’t do the burger any justice but it tastes really good! Service was friendly and fast the only bad part Is they don’t give you napkins and it’s a messy burger
