They were very busy but they didn’t let that affect their service. They had a huge crowd. Drive through and in the restaurant were both busy but they had a good team of people cooking refilling and cleaning tables. They could probably use another person to sweep cause my 4 kids dropped a lot of food.

To be honest , this was one of the lower quality pizza Ranches I been to . $61 for 2 adults and a child and there was no chicken no potatoes and no stuffing so we waited and waited along with a lot of others so opted for salad and soup while waiting. Notice people piling up after about 20 minutes into being there and as soon as I got up there it was basically wiped again. Th n got to the table and didn’t even eat the chicken cause it was pink and slimy inside. The table service was great nice man bussing was on point. I went to get little chicken drums instead and they were rock hard I was over it. Was disappointed I paid $61 for less than a plate of edible food all together. The place was pretty clean, minus floors under tables . All in all I’ve been touch better locations and won’t be back to this one

Went for dinner. The place was clean and warm. All food items were available (drinks and desserts) and all the machines were in working order. Different pizza options were consistently available for the entire time we were there. (Approx 1 hour) The staff was friendly and helpful. Great job, Pizza Ranch!

Lovely place to eat. Very pleasant staff, good hygiene and decent pizza and other food. They don’t refill the food fast enough to meet the appetite of their diners, so you might have to wait for certain things. A few oddities, like apple pie, but made in pizza format. They also don’t label their pizza, which must be a challenge for their staff, forever being asked “what flavor is this?”

Never had such rude service! Husband couldn’t hear the person taking payment and another server literally rolled eyes and sighed. When you pay $80.00 should have a little patience with someone who has hearing problem. Thanks for the horrible service!

Local management took care of everything and they handled the situation in a very nice way. So I ordered a pizza online and arrived at the said time to pick it up. After waiting at least 3 minutes before someone came to greet me, I was then told that it would be about another 7 minutes before pizza would be ready, I was told they really got slammed. I was not happy and asked them to do something about this. I came back 10 minutes later only to find their PR vehicle parked in the drive-up area, blocking anyone from getting to the window. I got out and walked up to the window, told them their vehicle was blocking the way. Again, management did a super job taking care of this.

We had a birthday gathering today at the Stevens Point location.
We shared a private room with another birthday celebration and All turned out great. Dwayne was a big help to us since it was crowded with two school buses of kids and many more guests.
Dwayne did great. We will be back soon. Thank you to all staff there that helped us.
