Taco Tavern was a great experience! The space was bright, clean, and felt very comfortable and safe. It’s open seating, but we were still checked on and service was attentive.
The menu has plenty of options, and everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The margarita selection was impressive — lots of choices, including top-shelf liquor.
There are sports TVs throughout, ample seating, and a free parking lot (always a plus). For four people — including cocktails for two adults — our total was about $120, which felt like a really good value.
The waitstaff including the “bus boys” were on it!!! They have homemade chips that are addicting, beware lol!
Pro tip: Skip the rice, it left much to be desired & just order a 2nd taco! The taco was a generous size & the pulled chicken was crazy flavorful! I added cilantro and it was out of this world! Delish!

Stopped in on a Tuesday for tacos. Service at the bar was slow but decent. Food came out quick and was fast. Had to ask for utensils to eat with. Staff were running around fast, and probably needed more help. Had the burrito bowl (chicken) and it was very good. Drinks were good and bathrooms were clean. A+. Only negative was slow service. Will visit again!!

Had the buffalo chicken tacos, perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of heat. The atmosphere is colorful, energetic, and fun, with a great welcoming vibe.
The bar is huge, super inviting, and a great spot to kick back with one of their fresh margaritas—mine was awesome. Tons of unique flavors and super refreshing without being overly sweet.
They also have a huge party room, which makes it a perfect spot for events or get-togethers.
Service was excellent—friendly, fast, and totally on point. Can’t wait to come back!

This local family owned taco joint absolutely takes the tortilla. The Mac Taco? A masterpiece. The guac? Fresher than your ex’s excuses. And that prickly pear margarita? Untouchable. Don’t even get me started on the fried ice cream — pure magic.

Thursday night, we just left the place, first time there. Our server, Nelly was awesome. Very attentive, very friendly and fun to talk to. Four of us for dinner, we arrived around 4:30pm, walk right in, sat right down, no crowd yet. After complimentary chips and salsa, us guys ordered the beef burritos, they were OK. Not great, not bad, filling and OK. The girls ordered taco salads and they were HUGE, they loved them and took half home. We drank Long Island iced tea, wine and beer. The iced teas were very good and $10 apiece. Domestic beers on Thursday night were only $3. For dessert we shared a very large and tasty fried ice cream, loved it.
Lots of close parking. It’s a big place with a nice atmosphere, overall we liked it a lot and will be coming back again.
Extra comment: The mens room was large and very clean with 7 urinals! Seriously, does any place have that many? They could put a band and 150 people in this place and it wouldn’t be crowded.

Taco Tavern is great! If you have not been yet 5/5 recommend! The food was great, and the drinks were too! NELLY our server was great. Very personable and fun to talk with! She recommend me a blueberry margarita and it hit the spot. Great atmosphere and a chill spot to hangout and have a couple drinks with great food. Good music and plenty of tvs to catch a game. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. The entire weight staff especially Jenna is one of three reasons we will be coming back. The food was phenomenal and the prices were exceptionally low & Jenna was so friendly and checked in frequently. We wanted for nothing. I had the fillet, potato and lobster tacos. Each one better than the last. The lobster was so fresh. My wife had the pot roast quesadilla and it was phenomenal as well. Definitely our new spot. Well, done staff and owners!

My husband and I had lunch at Taco Tavern. We tried the chicken and shrimp bowls and they were delicious! Very large portions! Food was very fresh and tasted great. The waitress, Eva was very friendly and attentive. We even played some slots after we ate. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan on returning soon! Great addition to the neighborhood!
