Despite hours being posted on the web and printed on the front door, they always close early. I placed an online pickup order through the app 1.5 hours before posted closing time, and they called & rushed me to pick up saying “we’re closed”. Food is below par and I’d never stay to eat. To the owners/employees, do better or don’t bother.

The woman who sold us the four sandwiches was hurried and spoke angrily, telling us that the store will close at eight o’clock even though it was only 7:45. When we informed her we would simply take one and go, she began preparing more and hurried us through the ordering process, which caused us to miss some of the components. Oil and vinegar is one of them. We told her we forgot about the oil and vinegar since you are rushing us. When we inquired if we could order it on the side, she said, “No,” and started to ring us up even though our last sandwich hadn’t been prepared yet.
Furthermore, when I got home, my sandwich was completely crushed, I received a crushed subway order and a fully pressed sandwich. it does not appeal to the appetite. My family will no longer purchase subway due to this, as it merely demonstrates the subway’s lack of understanding of consumer relations. The lady was just concerned about shutting down the store and not concerning the final four orders
she was given. It hurts my feelings that someone can be so disrespectful and that the owner of this Subway doesn’t seem to give a damn about the ratings that people leave. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THE REVIEW AND UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF THIS CONCERN.

I’m going to be honest the employees were giving major attitude and proceeded to be pushy and bossy when it came down to me giving my order of what i wanted for my toppings. The last time i came, i had way better service than this. I’m highly disappointed because of this, and honestly, I don’t plan on returning to this location anytime soon

I went there during my break. I got a fountain drink and got starry and when I took a few sips it tasted funny then I took the lid off my drink and it smelled bad. I dumped my drink out and refilled it with Pepsi and it also tasted funny and it also smelled bad. the soda machine needs to be checked and be cleaned

I thought I was going to be greeted was never greeted the guy finishes sweeping after five minutes of me waiting. Fast, friendly, and professional service. Even the owner works hard to make great sandwiches. Perfectly fresh ingredients every day. Decent prices for everything. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’d recommend a visit to anyone that even remotely likes sandwiches.

On 02/27/17 around 12:45 – 1:15 there were two older Mexican women were working and when I walked in I’m use to being greeted with at least a “hello”. This time I was ignored even when I came to the counter to order, they were too busy speaking Spanish to each other. They’re also very stingy with toppings. I miss when the younger people worked here, they were very friendly and upbeat. I didn’t feel welcome what so ever, I do not plan on coming back.
