Surely my order was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit where’s the cheese ? Every morning they mess something up i’ve never seen a restaurant more incompetent then this McDonald’s im not loving it and if i wasnt tired of Burger King I would have had my way there !

We just experienced the absolute worst McDonalds ever. After getting our simple order wrong at the drive-thru (we asked for two hamburgers instead of two cheeseburgers in the combo), we were told to wait in our car for two hamburgers. That wait was 10 minutes. We stopped a worker bringing out other orders to ask where our hamburgers were. The worker brought them out, practically throwing them at us – no apology, no thanks for waiting, nothing. After driving away, we learned that they gave us two DRY hamburgers! No Ketchup, onions, nothing. Needless to say, I tried calling in a complaint but no one answers the phone. I will never patronize this McDonalds again. Terrible service for a mistake that THEY made!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I asked for no onions because of my friend’s allergies *three separate times* and still received a burger with onions on it, which they then couldn’t eat. The burger itself looked like someone threw it on the floor before they put it upside down into the box and also had a hair in the cheese! So the whole thing was inedible. The fries were also half empty. I mean, really???
This isn’t the first time this has happened – if I ask for no onions, my sandwich always has them; I have to ask for a sandwich plain just to avoid it.
Despite it being busy, the fries were cold and soggy and the cashier had a nasty attitude. When I told her I needed more change back (because i counted out what I gave her before I got to the window) she told me I was wrong and wouldn’t listen. I’ve tried giving this place chances but I’m done. It’s clear no one here cares about what they’re doing and I’m not going to waste my money, especially when there’s NO cleanliness and ZERO quality control. I realize it’s fast food, but in this economy sometimes that’s all people can afford and they should still be given the same respect they’d get at a fancy burger joint.
Long story short, don’t waste your money on this crappy branch. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting.

The service was absolutely horrible. Went through the drive-thru and the worker was silent half the time and acting like they were stupid. Got the entire order wrong. Said THREE TIMES NO SPICY!!! Gave us spicy anyways. Nuggets were super dry and nasty. Overall horrible experience and a horrible welcome to NC. If i could give a zero i would.
Super false advertising. Google says they have all day breakfast but they dont. Worker was quite rude and snippy stating that aswell.

If possible, I would’ve given zero stars. Ordered two SIX piece nuggets and two DIET cokes. Opened the box that said SIX count and only had FOUR in each box. Went inside to ask for the correct amount, received attitude and questioned if we bought four piece nuggets as the lady the box that said SIX count in her hands. Then, they “fixed” the order (which took 5 minutes) and one box had the full six, and the other, five . . . They don’t sell five counts. And then, after that, took a sip of my “diet” coke and it was NOT diet. If I was diabetic, this would’ve been a crime. This McDonald’s hires people who can’t count to six. Crazy world we live in

How hard is it to make a cheeseburger? I ordered two double quarter pounders with cheese and they gave me one burger with three pieces of bun and one patty then the other had one piece of a bun and one patty. So not only do i have one and a half burgers but both are missing a patty each that i paid for.

Every time I go to this location, they pull me up to wait. Today I waited 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a large fry. I expected everything would be hot for that long of a wait. The fries had obviously been sitting because they were barely warm and not full plus the one sandwich was clearly just tossed in the bag (as the photos show and that was taken before I even touched the fries. Illegible receipt so I couldn’t do a survey either. While I was waiting, they pulled another car that was 3 cars behind me in line. Since they brought out both orders at once, I can only guess that mine was sitting and waiting for the other order to be ready instead of being brought out to me when it was ready. This location really needs to do better.
