I love that they cook and chop the chicken breast right in front of you after you order. Somebody clearly put a lot of thought into this menu because it is very complex and very delicious!
This is seriously healthy food done right! It’s a healthy dose of vegetables, grains and you can add chicken, bacon or steak to anything that you would like.
You can also just build your own bowl or salad. Very excellent food at reasonable prices!

I have eaten here many times, and most of the time, the food is good. However, I recently had a “Justin” bowl and found an undercooked piece of chicken, which is concerning. Since I was already gone, it wasn’t worth going back. I just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else, and I hope extra attention is paid to cooking the chicken properly.

I work at the hospital in campus. This place when I want to be extra healthy and eat a good meal. I come to this place. Pricing is fair, the workers are so nice and they quick too, food is fresh, atmosphere is warm and inviting, food tastes really good and flavorful. Definitely worth getting a bite to eat here.

This is a build your own meal restaurant. All the ingredients appeared fresh. I stopped in for breakfast and had the smothered burrito.
I built mine with steak. The steak was very tender. They put a good amount of green chili inside and on top. This is important to me because I do not like dry burritos.
I ate outside on the patio which was shaded and a nice place to enjoy a meal. I stopped at about 8 am and they were serving meals quickly but everyone was taking their meals to go
The customer after me ordered his burrito with jalapenos. As I ate mine, I could see why he asked for a little heat. The burrito tasted good but no flavor really stood out. The texture was perfect, the fresh tortilla, the eggs looked fresh but were dark so I am assuming they are cooked with some spices, a generous helping of steak was added and very tender but there was just no flavor.
I found myself wishing that I had hot sauce to add to the meal.
I would go back because the service was quick and the staff was very friendly place was very clean. Portion sizes were large and prices were just right. Next time I would just spice it up some and ask for some of my own ingredients, not just what was listed on the menu.

The food is really good! The grilled cheese salad is incredible. My coworker had it as a wrap and also really liked it. It’s definitely pricey which is not surprising for the whole Boulder, earthy, granola vibes they have going. However, I did order online and my order was missing the modifications I made and missing silverware and drink. I had to go in the exit to avoid people in line out the door. Another coworker ordered at a less busy time and had better luck I believe.
