This was my first time visiting LongHorn Steakhouse, my son took me out for a lunch/dinner date. I have to say, I truly enjoyed myself. The food was delicious, the restaurant and restroom were very clean, and our server was professional and kind. Because of the great service, we left a nice tip. I’ll definitely be returning!

Had an awesome meal at LongHorn. I ordered the Renegade Sirloin with a side of broccoli and it was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly—super flavorful and juicy, it honestly didn’t even need any sauce. The broccoli was also surprisingly great. It had this seasoning on it that made it really tasty and not dry at all. Simple meal but everything was done really well. Definitely hit the spot.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our waiter offered great service as well. The food was excellent! We tried the chicken wings and mac and cheese for the first time, both were delicious! Our steaks were perfect. The strawberry shortcake dessert was a hit too! Thanks for the great experience!

How is this considered medium well!? This happened back in November and I’m just annoyed with the situation and how unprofessional it was all handled.
It’s insane that they gave us this bloody steak and called it medium well. Unfortunately this order was a pick up so we obviously didn’t know until we were home ready to eat it. Immediately cutting in I see the blood, I cut other areas thinking maybe part of it wasn’t cooked well but it was all bloody. Obviously wasn’t going to be able to eat it that way. When my husband called to get this resolved, they seemed to be questioning him and not believing him. He was placed on hold multiple times. They wanted it brought back so they can see for themselves and go from there, but It was late already and we weren’t going to go all the way back with the steak that night to get them to cook it for longer as it’s unfair for them to expect us to be furthered inconvenienced. I ate the sides and called it a night. They promised a credit for it that would go to his account, but that never happened.
Also for some time the ribeye steak is overly seasoned with pepper. As much as we say light on the seasoning, they still go heavy.
The only reason I don’t rate it less is because we’ve gone for years and this had never happened before. Usually the service and food is fine, but they handled this all so poorly and it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating.

The food was so yummy, I brought my sister here for a lunch date because the Brussel sprouts here are her favorite and she absolutely loves the steak with shrimp. I started us off with the spinach dip and the spicy chicken bites which were both absolutely delicious. The bread that was served for free with butter was so warm and yummy too! I ordered the mango lemonade and my sister ordered the strawberry lemonade, both were absolutely delicious and best part about it was that it’s free refill, the dragonfruit patron margarita was also amazing. I decided to treat myself and ordered the longhorn steak cooked medium and it was absolutely perfection, of course I had to pair it with a side of their steakhouse Mac and cheese. I will definitely be back.

I ordered comfort food, chop steak smothered with mushrooms, caramelized onions, mashed potatoes. I loved it. I thought it was delicious, cooked to perfection. I asked for medium well and it was medium well..
My husband had the Parmesan crusted chicken with broccoli, it was moist not dry. He said it was a good choice. So if you like comfort food, I would definitely try that chop steak I’m not much of a steak eater, the chop steak was amazing. I was a little leery at the beginning, service was a little slow and I thought oh no this isn’t gonna be good but everything worked out. It was actually very good.

I came here with the family today and greatly enjoyed it ! We came in and didn’t have to wait to be seated. Tershawna was our server, and she was amazing! Super attentive and overall really good! Our food arrived as ordered, and everything was amazing. All our steaks were made to order, and it was great! I will definitely be coming back again !

The steaks themselves are not bad at all! Insane portions and great variety in cuts. The selection of sides was also vast, the loaded baked potato was great! Stuffed with cheddar cheese, chives, and bacon bits. Salads were also very good and in a large portion. My only complaint about the experience was the service, it took almost an hour to get our bill and overall just slow to refill drinks. Nonetheless a good experience here with the food at longhorn.

I didn’t like the food! Firstly, the picture on the menu looks different than what was brought to me live, secondly, it was too salty, and thirdly, the administrator offered us a place in the aisle, it is not clear why if there were free seats! The meat as it looks on the menu looks completely different than what was brought to me on plates and it looks as if the meat is not much like shown in the picture on the menu! Deception everywhere, it reminds me of a meme of how it looks on Instagram and in life! lol
