First off – this place is always SPARKLING clean every time we’ve been here. Second, the staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. Third – I have never received anything wrong from what was ordered. I see the other reviews, but can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything besides positive interaction at this location!

Seems to be a pattern here at this location. I see many similar and recent interactions like this and people are still getting paid to screw the customers over. I paid a lot of money for an order and only things that were even close to correct were the smoothies and even those weren’t what they were supposed to be. Paid for extra fruit and granola and didn’t get that. Paid for two coconut bowls and got only one that was less than half full, all they did was pour a ton of hazelnut spread all over to cover it up. The other bowl wasn’t even coconut and had the fruit I said to sub out because my mother is allergic. I’ve seen bad but this take it.

I sat with my daughter in the car for about 20 minutes in the drive-through to get one smoothie! It was Tuesday afternoon at 4:30. They took a very long time with the The driver in front of me. And when I pulled up to the window, It took another 10 minutes! There were only a couple customers inside at the counter. When I asked the server at the window, what was taking so long? She just said with a grim face that they were busy.

White guy, red sweater. No greeting at all. Just a border line mean mugging as we approach to take our order. There is no reason not to replace this kid with an AI to take orders. Couldn’t even bother with a hello, smile, or welcome.

This was my first visit to Smoothie King, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I went through the drive-thru simply trying to get an idea of what was offered on the menu. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, the team member insisted that I ‘read the board’ and spoke to me in a rude and short manner. Her attitude made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, and as a result, I quickly placed my order just to get through the interaction. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and I left feeling disappointed rather than excited to try Smoothie King for the first time.” Naomi was the drive thru employee. This smoothie King is disgusting. It’s so horrible and it needs to go away. It is no place for it to be in palm coast at all the caliber of the people that they are horrible. This is the second experience I’ve had at this movie. The first one was a pregnant girl who was so horribly speaking unprofessional while customers were ordering smoothies. This happened like two weeks ago, and I let it go the fact that she was speaking so nasty like the way she was speaking with inappropriate language at work was disgusting now I just left there. I did Online order and came to pick up my order late and I asked them to make it over the response from the team that worked in there today is disgusting. The young lady that was there threatened me. She’s horrible with her job when I asked a manager they would not even give me that information. I don’t know if this movie is owned and operated franchise or corporate, but somebody needs to coach this team this team lacks professionalism etiquette And just customer service overall at this particular location is disgusting!!!

I dont write bad reviews ever really but this was worth it to write one. Came in about 20-30 minutes before close (not a big deal from my experience in food service, itd be different if we came in like 5 minutes before). Girlfriend normally gets a certain smoothie and this time around it didn’t taste what it normally does, so I went back inside 10 minutes before close to see if they wouldn’t mind fixing it. Walked in and the shift lead or “The Captain” immediately said “Were closing up, were not taking anymore orders” but walked over once he saw I already had a smoothie.
Asked if they wouldn’t mind replacing it and he started scowling and shaking his head obviously angry and went back to the smoothie bar to make it and started by throwing the receipt and and snatching stuff off of the counter to make his point he was pissed. Finished making it while still shaking his head and handed it over without saying anything.
What gives?? Its not my fault it was made wrong. We calmly walked back in and very nicely asked if they could remake it…thats it.
