This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. If you can, go to any of the other three that are located within 3 miles of this one.
You will ALWAYS get cold food at this McDonald’s. It doesn’t matter what time you go there either. You can go at peak lunch or dinner times and somehow the foods is always ice cold.
Do not drive away without checking your food and tasting your drink. 50% of the time their soda fountain is out of syrup and the sodas taste terrible. If you ordered any sauce or condiment they are 100% not going to put it in the bag and you’ll have to ask them for them. It’s bad enough they charge you 25 cents for a sauce cup but then to not even put it in the bag is just total BS.
The employees don’t give a damn but the ownership doesn’t either. It’s really not that hard to make sure FAST food is hot. I regret it every time I stop at this location.

This restaurant deserves zero stars due to its lack of respect for delivery app drivers who partner with them. They have a back window where the restaurant asks drivers to pick up orders from the rear of the restaurant. Delivery app policies state that orders should be picked up at the drive-thru window if the restaurant is closed. However, this is the only McDonald’s in New England that asks drivers to pick up orders at the back window.
The problem is that drivers end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes at the back window. For example, in winter, it’s currently 15 degrees below zero, and they don’t put salt on the driveway or clean it properly. I saw two drivers fall during the last snowstorm because it’s full of black ice due to their lack of maintenance—they don’t put salt on the walkway or the driveway. They installed a bell for drivers to ring when they arrive, but the bell doesn’t work. In fact, the employees removed the button so drivers can’t ring it anymore. This is absolutely disrespectful.
I believe all drivers should come to this restaurant and leave a one-star review to teach the franchise owner to respect their business partners. Imagine if drivers decided to stop picking up orders from here—what would happen? I think drivers should start reporting this restaurant to the delivery app companies and stop working with this location.

Love their breakfast, they are fast and the place is always clean. The only thing I didn’t like during the days I had my breakfasts here is that staff is always talking loud and sometimes eating at the tables next to the clients, also talking loudly among them.

Went here with my family on Friday November 14th , 2025 . This used to be a really good McDonald’s. The service before was much better and the food was much better this time it was absolutely horrific. I ordered ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese and found a long straight black hair on my burger it looked like a pubic hair . The burger looked like someone ran it over it was submerged in ketchup, it looked like horse meat or something it wasn’t even cooked . I total the manager and they didn’t act surprised. They gave me another double cheeseburger, which will just as bad which made me sick to my stomach. I called McDonald’s corporation they did nothing and they were absolutely a joke and didn’t take this seriously whatsoever and they didn’t even document most of what I said the 1st time and came up with excuse after excuse why they couldn’t call or a restaurant leader would call me.And they never did.In addition, they said they sent me coupons and they never did.So I guess Mcdonald’s really doesn’t care about the customers anymore. There a huge disappointment, who knows what you’ll get in your food rhe next time you pissed them off . Very disappointing and my whole family was disgusted. I called twice what a nightmare…

quick service, good food and sweet people. Inside looks nice and the bathroom was clean. Great job McDonalds! Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was out in 2 minutes!

Understaffed and slow service. We placed an order at 2:19pm on a Sunday afternoon. There aren’t many people around and only a few cars outside at the drive through. We got our order around 3pm, quite some wait for fast food.
Also the two soda machines only dispense water if you want coke zero. There’s still diet coke though.
The Big Mac also became much smaller after they put back the 2 for $6 deal. A more accurate name should be Mac Minor, something that Drake would like according to Kendrick.
