My husband and I arrived at 8:30 a.m. to make sure we got a table and could order everything in time for my father-in-law to eat before his doctor’s appointment, but they made us wait about 30 minutes to take our order and an hour to bring us our food.
And then the waitress (Kelsie) who made us wait an hour came over to tell us they didn’t have gluten-free pancakes.
Imagine if that happened on a Monday morning; I don’t even want to imagine what it would be like on a weekend.
Terrible place and terrible service. I would never go back!

Servers/host move as slow as molasses. Food came out cold, butter hard as a rock, so no spreading the butter without mutalatting the pancake. By the time the server even looks at you so you can again ask for something you ordered to begin with its even colder then. I need to give up, same thing every single visit! Oh, and this is always on my lunch break. I have been sitting here for 20 minutes just waiting to pay do i can get back to work. At what point can I just walk out! I NEED TO GO BACK TO WORK!

Our waitress was very attentive, kind, and welcoming! We will be requesting Alyssia every time we come here to eat! She made our experience so much better than the last time we ate here! Will definitely be coming g back in the near future!

My wife and I ordered online and waited over an hour just to find out that our food had been ready for over 40 minutes just sitting in the back. The staff, including the general manager were very rude and condescending. They refused to remake the food, but did offer a refund after the fact. Nothing but a waste of time, and the fact they were willing to serve cold food says all I need to know about this location. Thank God we don’t live here….

Took 10 minutes for someone to notice we were waiting at the front counter for a table. Then, we sat at a booth for 15 minutes waiting for a waiter/hostess to acknowledge us. (Maybe offer us some coffee, water). Employees walked past us at least 3 times without acknowledging we were there. Yes. We left. Do you want to know why your sales are suffering? Poor Customer Service!!!

Visited IHOP for a sit down breakfast after church. Staff upon entry were not smiley or very pleasant but our waitress was really nice and accommodating. Their bathrooms need some work. The food was decent and filling. We’ve had better but it was fair.

Food was hot fast and correct. Best waiter ever. Middle aged black man. He was on top of it. Loved the strawberry and banana pancakes. My steak tips could have had a bigger portion but the steak Omelette was nice sized and tasty. Again great waiter.

The waitress tried to steal my change twice. My food was not prepared correctly. My food was cold. There was absolutely no one else in the store, why was my food cold? I contacted customer relations and their customer service is just as bad. Stay away. Your better going to McDonald’s.

Came to celebrate a very special occasion on a whim. The waitress was super friendly and memorized orders from 4 people without batting a lash. The food came quickly and correctly and the restaurant was clean.
