The lady at the front desk was very nice took care took our order and food was great ! However I must say that there is definitely something living up in the roof of that place. Like it was like 930 ish just before they close not many customers there low key traffic so lil to no noise until a lot of something starting scurring across our heads above ! So we were definitely ready to leave! My husband definitely informed the lady at the front desk she seemed like she hadn’t noticed but I know isn’t no way ! No way she can’t hear them so please get rid of those rodents!

Had a wonderful time eating out with my family group of five! The food was delicious, many different types of food to choose from so it’s nice to have options. The service was great, our server Morganne was very kind and sweet and helped us quite a bit! I would definitely recommend eating at this IHOP with friends or family!

Dorothy was great. Coffee and water was brought in no time. Didn’t rush me on placing my order. Like some do. Smiled the whole time and made sure I was taken care of so I left her a gracious tip. $16 ticket with a $34 tip. She was so happy and told me I made her day. Her smile said it all.Waiters, take care of your customers and treat them the way you want to be treated.

I had a mixed experience at IHOP. The service was great, but the booths were dirty with salt and crumbs. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the food was below normal standards for IHOP. The country fried steak was overcooked, but the pancakes were delicious. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this location.

I am very upset by the fact that they locked their doors 25 minutes before close, I was doordashing for a customer and they locked it right before I got to the door, so I then had to explain to the doordash customer that the order could not be picked up, I dont know if they made the order because none of the employees came to the door when they saw me, a woman, who I assume was the GM from her clothes, mouthed “were closed” (even though the window she was looking at me through had the store hours). I was hoping I’d get a face-to-face conversation so I could get some clarity and they would have the ability to explain the situation and maybe resolve it, but regardless it’s a bad look when a failing restruant chain doesn’t even stay open the whole time it says they are online, I expected that they want to keep their doors open the whole time, especially when they are paying their employees during a time when the stores not making any money, the doordash customer had their time wasted and IHOP wasted my time and money, when I got in my car to leave the GM just stared at me as I pulled out and left, if I had any interest in IHOP before I’d say I would be less inclined in going to one again because of my experience

Scarlett provided Excellent service. Brandon went above and beyond expectations providing great quality control and very friendly service. It was very clean and well ran. The food was served fast, and was delicious. By far the best IHOP experience I have ever had. My family and I will definitely be visiting again!
