Ordered the new Grinch Big Mac Meal. You pay extra for silly things like this. No socks came with the meal. My Big Mac was 3 plane buns 1 piece of meat with cheese and one plan burnt patty. I also ordered large no salt on fries. Fries were medium covered in salt. Talk about ripping people off.

By far worst McDonald’s in this area. I keep wanting to give them a chance over the last 2 years because they are the closest one to me, but every time they make me wait for my (usually small and simple) order, my food isn’t good/right, and my order is wrong.

The most recent time, I was asked to wait in “number 3” (an unmarked parking space next to 2 presumably) for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a hashbrown, and after 15 minutes of not receiving my order, I went inside where an employee seemed surprised I didn’t get my food. They put my order in and asked if I wanted anything else. I received my order, got home and it was wrong, even though they tried to fix it by throwing in an apple pie. I regularly drive 5+ more minutes out of my way to go to other McDonalds and I won’t be giving this one another chance.

I’ve came to this McDonald’s maybe 3 times before today and I love McDonald’s I go at least once a week but each time at this one was bad but today was horrible smelt like sewage went inside poeple were very rude I stood in line for maybe 15minutes so I just went to the kiosk and there was only one other costumer inside they weren’t even packed in the drive thru they were not packed at all and it took about 25-30 minutes before I even got my food people were coming in after me and getting their food I even went and asked about it and all I ordered was the 2 5$meals and 2 spicy mcchickens all of the food was cold hard and dry I told them and nothing was resolved my sister had to send her double quarter pounder and it looked like they threw chopped up left over hamburger pieces she sent it back they brung another one out like 10 minutes later and it was cold cheese wasn’t melted or anything . My 3yr wouldn’t even eat the chicken nuggets hamburger or fries and he loves all of that and is not a picky child at all I couldn’t blame him none of us even at our food just threw it out the people there are very rude it was just a horrible experience never will I ever go back there again. Their drink machine all the sodas were flat and tasted dirty they didn’t even have water in their machine and it taste like their food is cooked in old nasty greece. I would not go here the place was also dirty . The health department needs to be called.

I understand that there are more youth in these type of environments and workplaces. However, it is vital that they understand that everyone who chooses to spend their money at a restaurant, whether it’s a drive-thru or dine in experience. They deserve to have their meal fresh, served with respect remembering that people work hard for the money they get, and not in this industry they should be grateful for every person who comes through there to spend that hard-earned money on a meal. I believe that they forget if we don’t spend our money there they don’t have a restaurant, and we have other choices as to where to spend our money even if we don’t like the other options as much. We will go where we feel respected, and like the restaurant and staff appreciate the fact that we chose their restaurant over all the other ones. My visit to that particular location have lacked that, severely.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a medium fry and sweet tea when a family of 5 that ordered after me got and was halfway done with their food by time I got my order. That’s pathetic!! Didn’t even offer to give me large fries instead for the wait. I felt targeted.

This place is one of the worst McDonald’s. The woman in the drive thru decide she would increase the size of my drinks without even asking. The money I spend is mine, it’s not for someone else to have me pay for what I didn’t order. To add to that the manager on duty 12/30/25 gave me attitude when I told her about it. I avoid this location, today keeps me reminded on just how bad this place is. Also the fries were cold and hard. SMH I would rate them a D-

So we don’t have a fridge and had to get breakfast. Saw the steak and eggs and thought let’s try it. I’m so surprised at how good it was. Though I do have to say that we ordered 3 and 2 looked so perfect and pretty and the 3rd looked like it had been chewed up and spit out on the plate. Luckily the food itself tasted amazing. A well seasoned steak and eggs cooked all the way through. I definitely recommend trying this.
But always check your food when you leave this location. 9/10 it will be perfect but that 1 time it will be wrong so good to be sure you have everything and any customizations are correct.

I went to get breakfast before work and ordered 2 sausage McMuffins, a hash brown, and a large Hi-C. I got to the window, and they charged me $12.38. I thought this was a little expensive; I got to the next window and noticed they gave me 2 Sausage McGriddles, a Hash Brown, and a large Hi-C. I immediately told the worker it wasn’t correct, and he snatched the bag back from me, took it to the back, and switched the two sandwiches to a sausage McMuffin. When he returned, he handed it to me, and I asked, “Isn’t there a price difference?” Which the price would be $7.77 if done correctly. He proceeds to tell me, in fact, the price would be more. I contested, and he then looked at me with a blank face and said, “What do you want?” I am writing this review because if they are dishonest with me and overcharge me and cause a problem, I am sure many others have been overcharged, and the morning shift doesn’t care or pay attention. So, a warning—please pay attention to what they are charging you because at the end of the day they don’t care and will take your money and be rude about fixing it and probably won’t fix it or have a solution. I was overcharged $4.61.

It’s a McDonald’s. What sets it apart from all the ones I’m used to back home is the service. I paid for my food, and the kiosk didn’t give a receipt. Went to the counter and asked the young lady for the receipt and she said, I got your food here. Went and packaged it and I told her I still need the receipt. She came back and said, do you really want the receipt? I said yes. She slammed my drink cup on the tray and rolled her eyes and started sighing. Took her 5 minutes to pull it up and print it out. All the while still rolling her eyes and sighing. Looking around like I was going to walk off. Denver McDonald’s are the worst

This is worse than the Limon McDonald’s. Our fries were cold, chicken sandwich was cold and stale, I ordered 1 s&s sauce and instead got 2, I got 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6, and to top it all off, we had to wait 30 MINUTES to get our food. 2 words: BAD SERVICE.
