I recently went through knee surgery and needed meals that were clean, healing, and nourishing — and when I tell you MadeMeals is everything my body has ever needed, I mean it. Not only are the ingredients incredibly clean and purposeful, but the FLAVOR of every single meal has blown me away. I’ve never had tofu before and have been sticking mostly to fish, but I decided to try the tofu Buddha bowl… and now it’s a repeat meal for me. I couldn’t believe how good it was.
But the real star? The Chef’s Special Zeste Verde Salmon. I had it on Monday and I am STILL thinking about it. I genuinely cannot wrap my head around how something this healthy can taste that insanely good.
My body feels supported. My energy feels steady. I truly feel like my knee and overall recovery are benefitting from this level of nutrition. I feel GOOD — and that is priceless.

Loving this service so far! Was looking for a fresh, local kitchen for balanced meal planning and I found Mademeals during my search. The food looked good, the options were versatile and they had a great intro discount offer ($100 off your first 4 orders—$25 increments). Also happy to support a local biz with great customer service that’s easily accessible via text.
I ordered about a week’s worth of meals/snacks for 2 for under $200. Everything was banging! Plus I felt good all week eating more balanced, protein and fiber-rich foods. I especially love that the ingredients are listed clearly on each item, and appear to be WHOLE ingredients without preservatives or processing.
My only feedback to the team is offering a bi-weekly or 14-day subscription, in additional to the 7-day one. 7 days is a quick turn around for my particular household size.

100/10. Finally a place that is tasty and truly nourishing for the body! Every meal is expertly flavored, with low carb options. Grass fed meats, wild caught seafood, and organic veggies! Most of the meals are free of common allergens (dairy, nuts, etc) and everything is just so thoughtfully prepared.
