We had such a wonderful experience at Denny’s #8846 in Bossier City thanks to our waitress, Sarah H! There was going to be a bit of a wait for a table, so we decided to sit at the counter, which was empty — and I’m so glad we did!
Sarah was so kind and took incredible care of us from start to finish. This lady never stood still — she was constantly doing something that needed to be done — and somehow still made sure every one of her customers felt taken care of.
Her work ethic truly stood out. If they don’t have her training new waitresses, they are seriously missing out because she absolutely knows what she’s doing!

Just ate at this restaurant and was busy due to morning rush. Staff felt claustrophobic and no hairnet/gloves worn while preparing food. Had to sit at the booth due to long wait period. Food was decent until one of my folks experienced a long piece of hair wrapped on a piece of sausage inside their mouth while eating some grits & sausage. Manager was aware and offered a different order but by then the damage was already done. Experience felt uneasy and the incident was the icing on the cake. Overall place is decent but proceed with caution.

Mrs Sarah was our waitress. She gave a beautiful customer experience. She was attentive and she was friendly and kind. I highly recommend this Dennys good on point. We were here on a Saturday morning. Warm atmosphere.

Love eating here, the food is outstanding as well as the service there. Every time I come here to eat the manger Christopher is very pleasant and nice, always greeting us with a warm welcome when we come in, and that makes us want to keep coming back to enjoy eating out, yesterday me and my husband decided to eat at Dennys and of course Mr Christopher was there and I was glad because I knew that we would be treated with the most southern hospitality we’ve ever experienced.

Food was amazing. But the staff was the worst just grouped together talking…..then after like 13 minutes of waiting when nobody was in there the person put in my order making me wait extra. The cooks are by far the best but the servers are not. I loved the food but not the people they have as servers. One woman infront of everyone asked if anyone had a cigarette to smoke as well…..I get it but like everyone just standing there talking and not doing anything that just is wrong. Oh and the person who took my order for a to go order put mine in like q5 mins after I had placed it but yet the place was dead…..so food amazing cooks should be having a raise and the waitresses and up front people (not buss boys) should get fired.

My food was wrong 3 different times I was not offered a discount or comp this was my first experience at a Dennys and I promise I will not return i asked the manager is there something he could do and was told he didn’t want a void on his shift. And the female manager was passive aggressive what aim to hold it together. Now our waiter Evan was the sweetest and attentive and very apologetic. Now as we were exiting the building saying, I Goodbye to our extraordinary waiter Evan, we were handed a $5 off for our next visit.Needless to say, I will not be using it. Denny’s Shreveport do better.

Went to this Denny’s because the cafe in a nearby casino was packed. Overall, happy with the experience. Food was good. Seemed like this was an older Denny’s? Plenty of parking and open tables. Restaurant had more of an atmosphere of one in a small town going by how the staff interacted with each other. Men’s bathroom needed some cleaning…huge mess in the toilet stall…floor covered in trash. Was only visiting this area and probably will never return? That said, don’t think I would return as we felt like misfits in this restaurant.

While everyone else in the restaurant was moving like a slug, Sarah H. Was running circles around them. We had our food before another table had their drinks and we were sat at the same time. The other staff should take note from Sarah.
