Ordered 2 medium pizzas and they were ready when we arrived. Really clean tasting pizza, little to no grease. The double cheese crust is tasty!
The cinnamon stick bread was good but soaked in butter/oil so it was overpowering.
We will definitely be back!

We called in our order early and told them we like to get it later that day. We gave a time and it was ready when we got there. The staff was friendly. It was a little hard to find, it behind another restaurant Charlie’s I believe. Great pizza

I will never eat here again. I ordered a salad because I wanted something to take to work for my lunch the next day. I get about halfway through the salad and I crunch on some that doesn’t seem right and I look at my fork and it’s a dead roach (now half bitten into) thus roach was small but unmistakable as I was scraping the rest into the trash, I noticed a wing of a much larger roach.

We try to order delivery on a Thursday night but they didn’t have a driver. Ok understandable. Friday we order a sticky fingers pizza at 650pm. 45 min delivery. Cool. We didn’t see it til 830pm. We call twice to see where our delivery is.. they couldn’t give us a time frame. Finally got it and our pizza was pepperoni. Spent 55$ and didn’t get what we ordered. Call them back and they was wanting the wrong pizza back. Which is understandable. They act like we was lying.
Just bring me what I ordered and take what you sent. Ownership and management needs to fix this. Service is terrible. We just want a good pizza.

This review is of the new Detroit style pizza. Let me first say the pizza toppings were good along with the sauce. BUT…. The crust may look like Detroit style but it’s all wrong. It’s more of a bagel type chewy crust. It’s supposed to be crispy which it’s not. I think Mr Jim’s round is fine and he should stick to what he knows! Detroit style pizza gets an “E” and that’s not for effort! Stick to round only!

This location has dropped in service drastically.
Order showed up 20 minutes later than they told me, missing all the extra sauces we requested, our kids cheese pizza was over cooked and so greasy it soaked through the box.
Management on duty made some excuse about his old driver hurt his back and sometimes the cheese pizza just burns.
Never ordering there again.

Went to pick up my order and I admit, I had my head in the clouds but the person that assisted me was somewhat rude and when I paid with card. She had selected one of the options for tipping, I didn’t know what was going through her head but she didn’t let me select an option to tip.
