This restaurant is dangerous! Six of us sat at a table, but we were only given 5 rolls. We repeatedly asked for more but did not receive them. We were literally the only party in the restaurant. Both ketchup bottles were empty. 3 of us ordered steaks and they were RANCID! The steaks were gray and had a strong, foul odor. One steak was still raw in the middle. Our server agreed they appeared “off.” She also stated they don’t fry their steaks but thaw them then cook them on a conveyor belt. A manager addressed our concern and said she spoke to their GM who was onsite but never came out to meet with us. She relayed the message that he said the steaks were “fresh frozen.”
Our server disappeared and a manager oversaw our table for the remainder of our time there. She was great but we decided not to reorder any food. We sat empty handed while the remainder of our party finished their salads.
We highly DO NOT recommend this restaurant!

Ordered $15.00 steak. Wanted it well done. It was very pink inside. Also ordered sweet mash potato’s and got regular. I asked which Sam Adam was on tap, she said it’s seasonal.
They make more than one each season. Never did tell me which one so I didn’t get one.
She did offer me a new steak but at this point I lost my appetite . I paid cash. I should have left out $15.00 for the steak.

Stopped by on a Saturday night. The place was a ghost town. Odd because of that. Service was slow considering, from sit down to food served it was just over an hour. The food that eventually came out was very good, fresh and to a high quality. Servers were nice. And attentive. Would classify as a good experience, but a little disappointed in the time.

This restaurant has changed the rolls over the years. They are not as good as they once were. However, I do like the pecan salad. My husband ordered the steak and chicken tender meal. He added the mushrooms and onions but never again. They charge $5 extra dollars for them, and it was not worth it. There may have been 1 sliced mushroom. Besides, that’s price gouging at its finest. The steak was supposed to be medium, but it was well done. They did offer a dessert for their mistake, but he would have rather had the steak done right.

Came in as a 25 top after a funeral. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never be back. Absolutely awful experience. Embarrassing for all involved. Yall can do better than this.

The restaurant and bar were fairly busy. With that being said i was greeted upon walk in, seated within 5 minutes and asked for my drink order within a few minutes. I was enthusiastically greeted by the server steven and placed my order for 3 appetizers. It was unfortunate they were out of the pickle chip app. And the pimento cheese dip and chip app. The loaded potato skins, the meatball, and spicy cheese wedge apps arrived in about 12-15 minutes. They were hot and tasty. The server steven had a great relationship with all the tables that he served. I will definitely return

We had my aunt’s 75th birthday party there. We had over 30 people in our party. There was no problem with the reservation. And the food came out in a decent time considering how many people we had. It was a great time.

WORST food!! Place was dead and it still took 20 mins to get a burger & fries, tenders & fries, bowl of potato soup, and a side of fries. Tenders were small and skinny, 2 out of 3 fries were cold, ordered a bowl of soup and received about an inch of soup in the bowl, and they gave of 3 dinner rolls and never offered more to go with the soup. Our meal was brought up in segments. I honestly do not know how they are still opened. The waitress did not say her name or rarely came to the table. It took us 10 mins to get the Bill and pay for it. They had maybe 15 people in the whole restaurant.

I am a red hatter and we had our monthly meeting there with lunch. The food was satisfactory, but our server was very rude and nasty, she even were slamming dishes and food onto the tables.. my cousin and I left two important folders on our table and she threw them away, but get this, the manager lied for her once we got home and called about it he never checked the garage or anything, how can you miss two large folders right in your face when you cleaned your own tables. There wasn’t any bus boy there!!!
