I’ve been coming here literally since 1995 and have never had a complaint. The food and service are always fantastic.
Last week we got tacos with no lettuce and the amount of meat and cheese was smaller than my finger. It was seriously laughable how much food was missing. We literally ate shells.
But the big concern here is the dude that works nights at the drive thru and has for the past couple of months. He needs to go. He is the rudest, most monotone, miserable, unfriendly person I’ve ever experienced in food service anywhere ever. He won’t even make eye contact with you. If he wasn’t so rude at the speaker you would think he was heavily on the spectrum. That’s how disconnected he chooses to act. Regardless, he shouldn’t be anywhere near a customer facing role. This is coming from years of training in food service. I don’t understand how someone like that even gets hired in the first place. If you don’t want to be there that bad, there are so many more people out there that need a job that would be so greatful to be in that spot. Be greatful you have a job when literally no where is hiring right now.

Got two bean burritos and drink. Ate in parking lot since I had my dogs with me. Food was hot and delicious. Nice patch of grass nearby for the dogs. Located right off Interstate 24.

I went this morning and when I pulled up to the speaker they completely ignored me I didn’t know they took breakfast away and they switch the times to 8:00 it was literally 7:57 when I pulled up .. when they finally respond to me and take my order the girl who took my order was really friendly but when I pulled up to the window the older women was rude no hi, no good morning, jus “16” which was how much my order was … It literally doesn’t take much to be a decent person and have a little hospitality at the place that you work and honestly I was hesitant to even go ahead and get my food, something about rude fast food employees makes me not want to trust the food I just got off my third shift and I barely got to eat and it’s what I was craving.. probably won’t be back in the morning time anymore though .. very disappointing

Steak grilled cheese burritos $6 were the size of beefy melts $2.. staff messed up my order, then asked for burritos back through the window, that’s infection control!! Rude staff, I’m very disappointed since we go there often and order the same stuff.

I am limited to the foods I can eat due to recently finding out im gluten tolerate. When I go for fast food I’ve been getting these power bowls, but not at the Manchester restaurant since I work in Woodbury. Tonight was the first night getting a cantina power bowl, highly disappointed. I seem to always be disappointed with the taco bell in Manchester. I don’t know who is running the show but yal need to take some pointers from Taco Bell in Woodbury.

Why would you be open at 8 am and not serve breakfast anymore??? You used to have a line for breakfast and now you just sit open for no reason. Other locations still do breakfast I guess this ones owners decided to quit. The breakfast crunch wrap was the best.
