Service is always exceptional and truly top notch . The team does a really good job at coordinating the various meats as they come out of the kitchen .
Salad bar is well stocked with very fresh ingredients, combination of various cheeses and plethora of pickled vegetables such as beets .
Definitely always make a reservation as this place gets very busy — except for tonight . No complaint from my end , but it was eerily quiet . Perhaps a combination of bad weather (snow is not something I think locals are used to ) plus an earlier dinner time.
Our server offered us the cocktails and wine menu which was served fast . My suggestion for meats like this at a Brazilian steakhouse is red wine Malbec or a crisp neutral cocktail like a gin tonic to not take away from the meat . Personally I do not like caipirinhas so I skip this .
Once the meats start coming out of the kitchen and the table has fried yucca and classic cheese bread , then the fun starts . Top sirloin , chicken teriyaki, smoked sausage, ribeye , bacon wrapped deliciousness , pork ribs and lamb chops amongst the many highlights . Everything is well cooked and properly seasoned.
The only meat that just did not taste right to me was the lamb chops — possibly a seasoning that doesn’t agree with my pallet . Everything else was delicious . For this reason it’s a 4/5.
It is a bit expensive but I think it is worth the experience especially if you have friends that enjoy this kind of food.
For sure will be coming back again .
Definitely make a reservation if you pre-plan this visit though (we got incredibly lucky on Valentine’s day and walked right in at a weird time).
I feel the lamb chop is the best! Hope you don’t miss the chance to try it! My partner loves grilled pineapple ! The dessert I recommend the crème brulee.
Unfortunately, we also didn’t get to taste all of the options we paid for, which was disappointing. When you’re paying for a full experience, you expect to receive everything that’s included.
What stood out most, however, was the inconsistency in service. It was noticeable that certain individuals were catered to differently and were even offered complimentary dessert. We weren’t given the same consideration, which left us feeling overlooked and unsure why there was such a difference in treatment.
The food has potential, but the service and overall hospitality need improvement to make the experience feel fair and welcoming for all guests.
