We ordered take out from this restaurant last night. From the pleasant phone order, to the on time meal prep, we could not have been any happier. My husband had the lamb with korma sauce, and I ordered the chicken daal. Medium spicy for both. The portions were very generous, and the flavors kept our mouths delighted and busy for hours. What an explosion of seasonings. What a splendid place! We will be back. So happy to have Indian food in our neighborhood!!!

I keep coming back because I’m a masochistic foodie. The tikka masala is usually good, but the spice, quantity, and quality change like the wind in a desert tornado. The masala is the safest bet — the salads are a joke. You’re more likely to get prime rib or wagyu here than a decent salad. I made that mistake once: lettuce wilted like it had been washed in the filth of the Ganges, and the rest of the vegetables were practically missing—I wish the taste had been missing too. It was putrid.

This place used to be phenomenal — now it’s a culinary rollercoaster that will make you laugh, cry, and question your life choices all in one meal. Naan is good (you can’t really mess that up)…but we’ll see. I’ll be back. Not sure if you should.

Chicken tikka masala is my favorite however the degree of spiciness varies depending on the cook. Their garlic naan is very flavorful. I do wish they had better drink options for fountain drinks and the restrooms were not very clean.
*** update after my most recent visit I most likely will not be returning. I went to dinner with my family spent almost $90 for a family of 5 . The portions were absolutely ridiculous I counted 8 cubed pieces of chicken swimming in about 2 cups of sauce and was served about 1 cup portion of rice. My daughter’s kids meal had the same amount of food on her plate as the regular sized meals.

I have changed my review from a five star. Several years ago was different. They offered a more sizeable serving and better tasting. Last night, the night before thanksgiving we went in there after knowing that the size of all the dishes had become smaller, almost half the amount of lamb, ect.
we found the taste not as good and the shrimp was rubbery with that dry flavor from being overcooked. We did not say anything until the millelial music that was being played finally gave me a headache.
I have also found that the owners who have always been the cooks were not there and of course not cooking. They had apparantly hired some younger, much youngers to work and cook.
These youngers did not have the experience specially with cooking Indian food in the correct manner and this can take years to master. Consequently for the most part, the food would not taste as good as when a master would cook and these youngers are what they are, hired employees not that it is a bad thing however it is what it is with any business and this just happens to be an Indian restaurant.
Now the last item is that they do not support Veterans.
I am one and I always ask about that when I eat or shop, whatever.
If a company does not give Veteran discount, then I would not go back.. I went back to this restaurant because had something that I wanted and now………not so much and I have decreased my visits from every week to once a month and I am about to set another New Year’s resolution. This one will be alot easier to uphold.
Unless this place makes some changes, then the change that I am making will stand fast. I will not over spend on food that is not tasting good any longer.

Loved everything ❤️ ♥️ the samosa pastry was light and crunchy, filling tasty and fresh out of the fryer. The malai kofta was crunchy outside, soft with a lovely smooth filling, yum. The veggies pasanda was outstanding. It’s now my new go to. A mix of masala and korma served with basmati rice. Mild is just right with a bit of zing. All the meals came off the stove. The garlic Naan is more like a thin pita bread. Nice to soak up the gravy. Portion are 3 of each, I ate one already.

I went back and gave compliments to the chef. Who wouldn’t after such a fantastic meal? Kudos Chef!

Outside seating in the shade on a 93 degree day. Perfect.

Bon Apetit

I stopped in for lunch. The cinnamon mint sweet tea was an absolute TREAT. Very, very refreshing!
I had the spicy lamb korma and it was tasty with plenty of spice.

Must get the saffron shrimp!
They are super crunchy and delicious. The breading is light and crispy. The shrimp are big and it comes with plenty! Definitely worth the money.
For my entree, I had the lamb tikka masala, medium spice. This was the perfect amount of spice. The curry was rich and savory.
This was a first time Indian food experience for my Nana. And she can be a picky eater. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, mild spice for her. The chicken was tender and she loved it! Both of our meals came with a generous amount of meat in the gravy.
Don’t forget the Mando lassi!
I am very impressed and would eat here again for sure!

Finally Indian Food in Sahuarita and it’s delicious! Clean and modern decor. Service was great. Had to get it to go of course, but food was still really hot when we got home. The reusable bag and food containers are a nice touch. We will be back for sure.

Amazing, authentic food, happy service and a pristine dining area. So grateful to have this near Green Valley. I had the korma masala chicken medium spicy and it was exactly what I hoped for. Welcome to a real flavour-town restaurant!
