Korean food in MD is what it is. I think I prefer Tian over Da Rae Won now. Jajangmyeon is decent and least you can do a combination of things. Stay away from kkanpunggi here, taste like only ketchup.

Pretty good stuff! I don’t find a lot of Korean-style Chinese restaurants in this part of the country, so this was a real treat. Really friendly staff too!

Great black bean noodles. Staff are busy and try to cater to everyone. They are friendly and will do their best to cater to your needs. The taste is good since I’m very picky with my black bean noodles but this place hit the spot.

The jellyfish wasn’t real, potato substitute was used instead. Do not order yangjangpee chapchae (yangjangpee is jellyfish). It stated that jellyfish (the main ingredient) was incleeed, but instead wide slices of sweet potato starch was used. The jajangmaen vegetables were overcooked. When you order yangjangpee make sure it’s real jellyfish and not substitute.

Our group ordered Yangjangpi, sweet and sour pork, kanpungi, Ganjajang, Sichuan Ganjjajang, Jjamppong, fried rice, etc., and the amount was generous and tasted good. The meat was a little tough, but the seasoning tasted good. I’ll go again next time

I ordered the Seafood Jaengban Chajang and Shrimp Kanpunggi to treat a young guest at home. He absolutely loved both dishes and said it was a completely new Chajangmyeon experience. I highly recommend these two dishes to anyone looking to impress guests with a delicious meal at home. Of course, the rest of the menu is excellent as well.
