Ordered a limited edition, gold chicken sandwich meal And paid for an added cheese slice on the sandwich with a large frappe received a medium frappe and no cheese or bacon on the sandwich, the sandwich comes with bacon. The McFlurry was melted all over the bag inside of a cardboard container. Tried to contact through the app to express my concerns and got literally nowhere. I guess you can order through the McDonald’s app they can prepare your order, however they feel like it and never be held accountable for it. Nothing like getting ripped off when you’re sitting in the hospital with your son. Straight disappointment.

January 23 930a. I placed a drive through order. When I was handed my order it was way too heavy. First I was handed a code. I didn’t take it and said I didn’t order it. Then the food was shoved to me and the window closed. When I tried to hand it back the person just stared at me. Then finally took it back. Then said asked what I ordered. He reminded me that I did order a coke. I answered no I didn’t. He grabbed the incorrect order. Slammed it on the counter. Then my order was shoved into my hands. He then walked away quickly. I don’t know what made him so angry, but he probably shouldn’t work with customers. FYI I worked at McDonald’s and I know I would have been fired for this kind of atrocious behavior.

It’s not fast food anymore. I remember when I was a kid. You go in, order for a family of four, it took about two to four minutes. Now it’s 15 or more minutes. The prices are higher and the portions are smaller. The employees have no sense of urgency. They don’t talk to you or even acknowledge that you are there waiting. It’s a disaster.

Placed order at 3:17 p.m. did not receive it until 3:48.
Waited at McDonald’s for half an hour to get two burgers, two drinks, two fries. The lobby was not even full, The drive-thru probably was, but still it’s McDonald’s. Fries and food was cold by the time we got it, my wife’s Burger was not even fully cooked on the inside.
Probably an issue with understaffing and the kitchen staff simply not caring. Go somewhere else if you want a standard McDonald’s experience.

Ordered a large fry and a large coke. Receipt was time stamped at 9:46 pm, i got my order at 10:30 pm. The drive thru was busy so I decided to go in thinking it would be quicker. The employees were not concerned about anyone in the lobby, mainly focusing on doordash orders and the drive thru. It actually seemed like the more people that came in the slower they worked. Multiple people in the lobby were trying to ask about their order and were basically being ignored. Definitely will not be going back to this location. The coke was crispy and the fries were decent but unacceptable wait time.

Slowest McDonalds in town. Simple orders usually take 15-20 minutes. Recent record was 40 minutes AFTER placing my order in the drive-thru. I sat at the pickup window for over 20 minutes and no one was working it. My food sat on the counter for 15 of those minutes. 2 staff members were just standing around. I tried getting their attention, and they glanced over, but didn’t come to the window. Eventually someone tried to hand me that bag of cold food and I refused it. I asked them to remake it, which was out within a few minutes. They don’t seem to have adequate staffing.

I ordered my food and grabbed a table locator for them as I was dining in. The table locator clearly states that they will bring the food to me. After waiting 20 minutes for a quarter pounder meal I went to the counter and asked for the person working to check. He did and he asked the manager. The manager at 12:06pm on 6/10 blamed me for not standing at the counter waiting for my order. Stating she yelled for me. Again the order clearly says table locator number 55. Very rude manager terrible atmosphere. No refills. Food is what you expect. It makes sense why this location only has a 2.9 out of 5 stars. Absolutely terrible. Gut the management staff and start over. Starting with this one.

I went thru the drive thru and asked if they had spicy McChickens and was told no, I waited in the line past the 1st window for close to seven min, and then when the guy opened the windows he handed us our bag in a very odd way and quickly closed the window. Once I tried my McChicken it was spicy and it tasted like it had a ton of pepper added to it. Also our fries were hot but overcooked.

Came in at 9:30 on a Tuesday, there were 6 other people in the lobby. I waited an hour with no update on the food. Larger employee wearing a Detroit beanie left the kitchen and started talking to his friend at a table. Staff wasn’t respectful when with customers. Honestly, the worst staff I’ve ever come across. My friends have also been lectured to at the drive thru some nights.
