Fancy Wendy’s. We almost missed it because we are so used to looking for the usual building. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the bathrooms were out of paper towels and the soda fountain was also out of coke zero.

The food was good, however it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. And, when I did get it I was missing a breakfast baconator. I had to go back in and due to changeover got a lunch baconator instead. I didn’t mind it, however the long wait period felt unnecessary. I felt bad for the girl who was working register because she was the one who would usually get backlash for this.

Waited at drive thru two different days at 6:13am. No one was there. Employees must be late all the time. No management in the mornings. Don’t know how anything else is because they are never open. Okay I’m editing my review. I just called them and they said they were open so I went back to the drive-thru and still no response.

One of the cleaner Wendy’s in the area . Friendly and attentive staff . Food is what it is . Overall, this is the best Wendy’s to eat in the North East . It is attached to Tim Hortons, so you can also grab a donut if the mood strikes you

Arguably one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too… Where’s is the owner/ management at? Please get some new workers… My order takes 10+ minutes every time!! No matter if there’s nobody in line or not. Then my order be wrong after waiting all that time . It’s getting ridiculous.

Obviously have recently made some poor hires. Will put your order in wrong. Pretend to correct it. And then still give you the wrong order. Didnt realize Dave’s double was a double cheese burger. Honestly wish I was given a copy of my receipt. The service was so poor that if anyone had this location on their resume looking for a job in the future I wouldn’t hire them off of that alone. At least the food is consistent.

I ordered a Southwest Avocado salad and this is what I received. The photos speak for itself. The fact that you sent this old salad that was slimy , had no chicken . No avocado , was a joke. Just the fact you guys thought it was ok for a customer to consume this says a lot.
