First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Dropped in for lunch with my husband. Who doesn’t love breakfast anytime of day? Husband and I came in for an early lunch abd decided breakfast! I had the bacado omelet and he had a ham and cheese omelet. We shared the Lemon Blueberry Cornbread, really good. I’m not a huge cornbread fan but this I can do. Service was very good, attentive but not overbearing and quick to grab anything we needed. I can’t speak on the lunch served here but I’d definitely go back for that bacado omelet. If you haven’t been don’t sleep on this spot

First watch is one of the only places you can go and just eat a salad but have a wonderful meal. Hillary did an awesome job taking care of us. The food was great as always. Excellent service. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. There’s a reason why I first watch is one of my favorite places to eat. Highly recommended.

First time trying this place. The Works Omalet was excellent. I was iffy about getting the greens but they were good. Aries, was absolutely polite. Didn’t rush me to order and took her time to let me enjoy the food instead of bringing the ticket soon after getting food. Definitely will be back!

The elevated breakfast sandwich is my favorite, with the seasoned potatoes. They always get us in fast and have wonderful service. Can’t go wrong with their million dollar bacon, salty and sweet. I normally don’t care for bloody Mary’s, but couldn’t say no to the bacon. Have really great memories here. Great menu with reasonable prices

Chain brunch restaurant with high quality and unique entrees. Staff is famously attentive and friendly. Recently started serving alcoholic cocktails that change often with the season and menu. I always leave happy and full. Pro tip: sit at the community table to meet new people, and often get served faster when there is a wait for tables.

My husband and I absolutely love this breakfast spot. The service is consistently excellent, with prompt refills and attentive staff. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to dine. We highly recommend First Watch—especially the Shawnee location, which is conveniently close to our home.
