Randomly stopped by on road trip to Dallas. We were surprised to find a Vietnamese restaurant in Madisonville. Coming from Houston, I had low expectations, but they were legit. The banh mi bread was light and perfectly crispy. The pho was perfectly seasoned. Super nice and friendly staff. The food did take a little time, but everything was really fresh. And their Viet iced coffee was spot on. Great pit stop for lunch.
