I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that it needs to be shared.
My lady was served a burger that was completely raw inside. Not rare, not slightly undercooked, but cold, mushy, raw ground beef. The ribs I ordered were so dried out they were turning translucent. The bowl of chili came out on a warm plate but the chili was refrigerater cold in the center. Sent back still came out cold. Do they not have microwaves? When the manager, Amy, finally came over, the very first thing she asked was, “Were the ribs dry?” before I even said anything about them. She then admitted they had already gotten complaints from other guests about the ribs that night. That alone says everything about the kitchen quality.
Getting a manager wasn’t easy either. I asked our server three separate times to send one over. She never did. I eventually had to get up from the table and flag down another employee just to get someone to get someone to come over, our waitress was decent at first but had an attitude problem after we complained about the food.
The replacement burger took 35 minutes, and by the time it arrived the entire dinner was already ruined. My lady had lost her appetite, I had lost mine, and the only ones who actually ate were the kids.
Amy then offered 10 percent off the bill, which amounted to about eight dollars and change, and a $30 coupon that could only be used on a future visit. As if serving raw food and ruined dinner is fixed by asking me to come back and spend more money. When I calmly told her I wasn’t satisfied, she insisted she was going “above and beyond.” Then she said a quick “sorry,” turned around, and walked away from me while I was still speaking.
That’s not hospitality. That’s dismissive, rude and unprofessional.
To make everything worse, I had purchased $300 worth of gift cards earlier the same day, and now I’m trying to cancel them because I have no intention of returning after how this was handled.
Serving raw burgers, knowingly sending out dried-out ribs that other customers already complained about, ignoring repeated requests for help, and acting like eight dollars off and a coupon for next time makes it right is unacceptable.
There are a few restaurants nearby. This is one I won’t be back to until they fix whatever is going on with both the kitchen and the management. I’d rather drive to Fort Wayne after this.
End of the day they got $105 out of me for two kids meals. And ruined our dinner.

Great food! Did recently experience a dry, overdone steak here, though. The rest of my group had perfect steaks. Everything else was perfect though! I included a photo of my sad, dry steak. ( The ribs were perfection! )

I ordered online. Picked up my food only to discover when I was 5 minutes away from restaurant that my side of fries and ala cart mashed potatoes were not with the order. Called the restaurant, they were more than willing to get me fries and potatoes. There were only 10 fries (we ate two). The steak the was ordered Medium, was medium rare on half. The service was nice, as for the food. I wish I would’ve saved my money and went to one I’m familiar with.

We came in to have a nice supper. We were approached pretty quick and got our order right in. 2 salads and 2 steak dinners. Waiter brought our sodas and then the wait…. Wait ….. wait…. We finally got our salads probably about 30 minutes later and once that person left our steak showed up. We got both at the same time. My steak was well done, I ordered medium, steak was also cold and my baked potato was cold so the butter and cheese didn’t even melt. Really really disappointed!

Had a wonderful time with friends here. Had gift card and birthday reward. Everything was great and Yenni was a great server and restraunt was clean. I ordered the 16oz sirloin cooked to perfection, a baked potato that was just right. Ordered the ribs and fry appetizer for my birthday reward. Now I have 3/4 of a steak, ribs , and yummy rolls to bring home and have 2 or maybe 3 meals at home! Great deal.

The food was great, my salmon was grilled to perfection an no complaints from my travel companions. Our server was amazing, very attentive, checking on us every couple of minutes. The atmosphere was good for the most part we came in while there was barely anybody in the parking lot. The table next to us had a server that unfortunately liked to voice her displeasure over a choice of table arrangement till the proverbial horse was beaten, showing it to all the other servers. Just a poor choice of atmosphere if she was hoping for a bigger tip. Not something I would have done in front of the patrons I guess. Everything was great, other than that. I would still go back here because of the food.

I would not visit this location if wanting take-out, I have lived in warsaw my whole life and this location was great until adding the take-out window as they do not care what orders go out the window the location added. Forgotten deserts 2 times and after calling because of course I was home before realizing, I was asked by the employee if I was (coming to get it then) and I was just left speechless. Last time this happened I realized it at my vehicle that deserts were Forgotten so I went back to the window and was told to wait in my car until a text for my Forgotten order, when I got home the dessert which was the granny apple pie was still frozen. At least I know now it’s just frozen bs and wont be back after several disappointing visits

Service was excellent.
Food was outstanding.
Rolls were heavenly.
Atmosphere was PACKED.
Wait time was about an hour and they were not kidding bout that. Not terribly expensive either.
Overall I would come back. Staff/ my server was more than wonderful along with the food. I’d totally come back for the rolls and cinnabutter alone…I still have dreams about them.
Anways, 11/10 -1 (because of the wait and not being able to make a reservation) = 10/10.

My family and I had a delightful dining experience tonight at the Texas Roadhouse. We were seated promptly and our server, Carson, made sure that we were well taken care of by frequently checking on us. He was the right combination of professionalism and friendliness. The steaks were excellent and grilled exactly as requested. The side dishes were also delicious. All in all a very lovely evening.
