When I got to the store I was told they no longer had pumpkin spice latte even though it was on the mobile app which was fine. I asked to have it taken off and they said they could not do that even though it has been done before and at different locations such as the Salem avenue and the Huber heights and the Englewood location. So I asked what other lattes they had and they repeated back with you and I asked if they had mocha and I never got back an answered. I had to ask the person out the window and they didn’t know and when I got the window the person handing out my order was very disengaged. Even though I was trying to talk to them. They honestly could have cared less. I started eating my food and my bacon, egg and cheese bagel was disgusting. The bacon was still raw and The bagel itself was completely burnt on the inside. After that first bite, I just chucked the rest in the trash. Usually this is a pretty good location, but the crew service and quality of food was terrible today. I sent a picture to the local McDonald’s Gmail account to show the issue

I appreciate the playground facilities at this McDonald’s location, which my child and I have been visiting every Friday since a week before Christmas. The premises are clean and well-maintained. However, our experience with the service has been inconsistent. While our orders are typically fulfilled quickly, we often encounter issues when attempting to obtain additional items or refills. Specifically, a staff member with gray hair and a heavier build, who works in the evenings, has been unfriendly and unresponsive to our needs. Despite the restaurant not being busy, she frequently walks by without acknowledging us, making it necessary for us to go out of our way to request assistance. Unfortunately, some other employees seem to follow her example. I have noticed that other McDonald’s locations provide better service and prioritize customer care. Perhaps considering the placement of the soda machine in a more accessible location, such as the foyer, would enhance the customer experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial for staff members to adhere to proper food handling protocols, including washing their hands after handling transactions. The establishment would benefit from focusing on providing excellent customer service. The heavyset lady with gray hair should be retrained or let go if she continues to provide poor service.

It’s pretty bad to walk into a McDonalds and none of the kiosks have cash or card readers! On top of that for there to be no one working the cash register!!! Not only that, but to have workers looking at the lobby putting down mobile/doordash orders on the shelf seeing us and others in the lobby and then still refusing to come to the cash register!

Some people need to eat in the dining room and don’t have the luxury of going through the drive thru! We were not the only people who left the location! Do better!

( I will say other times I’ve went through the drive thru my experience was okay. But when you’re on lunch for work, some people don’t have a place to eat.)

Management and the crew in the morning has it running like a well oiled machine. Even when I order as I’m coming down Main Street they always have my order right there waiting for me and every time I speak to them they are always pleasant. By far my favorite McDonald’s. Morning manager needs to go around and show the others how it’s done cuz the other ones pale in comparison.

Stopped by Monday afternoon. Tried ordering from the kiosk inside, used my $10 arch card to pay but then noticed the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to use my points (yes I was logged in), kept saying I didn’t have enough points (I was trying to use 3000 for a coffee, I have over 8000) so I cancelled the order. But now it’s 2 days later and the $10 hasn’t been refunded to my arch card, so I guess enjoy the stolen $10 Ronald! By the way, I was at the kiosk a good ten minutes, saw several employees, not one would help or even acknowledge me even though I was clearly having an issue with my order. Won’t return.

It had a play place. It had handicapped accessible seating. The food was ok. I didn’t give it five stars because it was hard to find a clean table. You had to order your food from a kiosk. We ate in so someone brought our food out when it was ready.

Fries were cold. Burger was not good. If it was not for my grandkids, I would not come here. Service sucks

Customer service gets worse day by day. If I was in charge of this place, I’d retain the staff to have better discipline and customer service. And fire those that can’t get it.

I’ve said it for over 25 years, you take care of customers and the employees that deal with customers. But if you don’t care for customers, there’s no need to be in business.

And no, the customer is not always correct, but I’m sure it’s another example of the 80/20 principle.

Hadn’t had McDonald’s in months, my ex like making late night runs there, so I stopped going after that ended. Went to Meijer to grab s few things and decided I’d hit McDonald’s across the street today… bad decision. Ordered the bacon double quarter pounder combo and finished the Coke and fries by the time I got home. Unloaded my groceries and sat down to eat my burger, since I was still very hungry… but it wasn’t a double, despite it saying it on the bag, the burger box and the receipt. Thankfully I went to Meijer, I guess… and now I can go back to being cool on McDonald’s

The employees are so unprofessional at this location. I went through the drive thru to see if the playground was open inside. They stated it was, so I brought my child inside to realize they closed it down until 5pm. Why wouldn’t you just say on the speaker it’s closed??! Then after ordering I asked if I could speak with management the cashier rolled her eyes and said yeah whatever…walked off and didn’t return. I had to get another employee’s attention while they were all standing around joking and acting like I was not even there. Finally another employee came up to the register and was like the playground isn’t open on Tuesdays not sure why they told you it was open then started laughing as my young child was starting to get upset, after we were told it was open then brought my kid inside. Don’t waste your time at this location.
