One of the best Indian buffets ever. Huge variety and great taste. Hard to exercise self-restraint. You begin with rice naturally, but here the choice is not just for white rice but between white rice and rice pilaf with spinach and onions. Then you spoon on your selections from an array of more than a dozen curries and daals. The most popular curry types are represented by several versions- chicken, beef, paneer cheese, and vegan tofu. Then, after you are stuffed full, you can choose from at least nine different deserts. One of them is the best Gulab Jamun I’ve ever had (I’ve never been to India and I haven’t spent enough time on Pioneer Blvd. in Artesia, Calif.)- don’t miss it! Dark on the outside, tender and fluffy inside. They use proper Indian spices properly, so you will encounter things like whole cardamom pods here. Everything on the buffet is carefully labeled with its name and whether it is meat, dairy, or vegan; and its heat level. Most dishes are mild but if it’s labeled “hot,” it’s HOT. The chili sauce is actually a little less fiery than the green cardamom sauce. Both taste homemade and awesome. They do all-vegan nights, and have a full bar with their signature cocktails. All this at a great price. You will return.

My Wife and I went here for the Vegan buffet, it was amazing. Having an entire buffet prepared Vegan was incredible! Everything we ate was delicious, the atmosphere and music was perfect. Staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean, food was awesome and the staff was great. I highly recommend you go try them out. Go Vegan!

We went for dinner and I was so excited to see an amazing buffet with about 20 fresh dishes, desserts, chai and salad. The buffet had vegetarian, vegan, chicken, and lamb dishes. The chicken tikka masala, samosas, paneer and chana masala were especially good. There were several desserts as well. I think it was $21.99 for adults and $12.99 for kids. You could also order from the menu, but there was so much variety that we all wanted the buffet. The service was also great.

Overall good selection of veggies, paneer and chicken. I wish there the bread was brought out more often in smaller batches to remain fresh . At 1 pm the naan was rock hard and untearable

Always amazing. Service is great. Food is great. It’s clear if food is vegetarian, vegan, contains meat, has common allergies, etc. You can also discuss food contents with staff and get answers. They have buffet nights that tailor to various needs (vegan only or ovo-lacto vegetarian only, etc.) We go here a lot, and I have been going here for many years. I have never had a bad experience with any staff member, everyone is very nice!! I have even held my birthday party here in the back room as well as other events over the years. Even my non adventurous family members have enjoyed being able to explore Indian food through their buffet which they thought was a great approachable way to try many things. When my family has probed them with questions, the staff has always met them with kindness and great explanations to try to help my people have a great experience.

We have been coming to this restaurant since the old days when it was on the other side of 15/501 (so 20+ years) and it has never disappointed. We have ordered from the menu and been very pleased but our favorite is to go and have the buffet. They always have all of the standard fare plus a rotating selection of other dishes to try – and the current iteration of the dinner buffet includes an array of desserts plus drinks such as mango lassi and masala chai. The ambiance is warm and pleasant, and the staff goes out of their way to make it a great experience. I mean, they just always seem very sincere and appear to care about the customers. Tonight we went and one of the staff members had on these fun snowman glasses with a Santa hat. We got such a kick out of it and mentioned it a few times, how much we liked it. Then at the end he came over and GAVE us a couple of Santa hats and fun holiday glasses – I mean, what?!?!? Honestly just made our night, which was even more special because we were celebrating a birthday (which they didn’t know, we didn’t mention it or sing or anything). Highly recommend this place!!

I was meeting a group of friends for a birthday celebration, followed the clear directive to check in at the front desk, and the staff warmly welcomed and directed me to the table where a chair had been saved. I was delighted by the variety of dishes offered on the buffet; each one I tried was wonderfully delicious. I was also happily surprised by the array and fine quality of cooked vegetables at the end of the buffet, all perfectly prepared and remarkably tasty. The staff was very kind and attended to every need before it was even anticipated. I loved the cheerful decor of red and white poinsettias on a chilly winter evening and would also like to mention the warmth and fabulous aroma on entering the restaurant. I enjoyed my dinner and hope to return soon for another happy occasion.
