Man….. I don’t like writing bad reviews, who does? But it is what it is… the bad reviews on Google map for this place are what they are…. I should have paid more attention to them…. Anyways, I ordered BOGO promotions for foot-long sandwiches via phone app, one for Ultimate BMT and one for cold cut combo…. BMT had very light lunch meat and cold cut contained only salami, no ham or bologna… By the way this is the second time, and now I don’t think it was a mistake!!! Freaking losers… this kind of cheating business should be cursed and should go out of business I am not “not just going back”; I am also hoping they would run out of business!!!

Coupon did not apply, asked for a refund before leaving store. Staff said they are unable to give you a refund on payment made online. Not sure why because if there was something wrong with my order, then I would be entitled to one! Staff also acted as if they could not understand what I was saying and in fact they could. Will not return.

Very clean and nice place. Don’t live in the area but swung by on my way hm from the dentist to pick up a sandwich. Was greeting with smiles from all 3 employees and hello as soon as I walked in. Employee said she has never seen me before which indicated to me she took notice of her customers which was nice to see.

All of the open times on google are incorrect. The times on the official Subway website are also incorrect. I ordered several sandwiches using the online ordering system on a Sunday at 6:10pm. According to both Google and the Subway website, this store location was open. It let me finish the transaction and charged my account. When I arrived at the store, around 6:30pm it was completely closed. I received nothing for my order. I have placed a complaint through the corporate website, but have received no response and no refund. This is unacceptable. I have suggested edits to the times on Google (which I see now, have been accepted by Google.) I have attached pictures of the vinyl signs on the door with the ACTUAL times.

The lady at the front was VERY RUDE. Someone was already eating in there when I came in and when they left she gave them a really nasty look on their way out. I should’ve left when that happened but I stayed and ordered. I asked her what comes on a cold cut and she said she didn’t know. I disregarded that and went to order a ham sandwich instead. I wanted to add bologna to the sandwich and she said they couldn’t do that. I told her I didn’t mind paying more and she was adamant about not adding it. Okay cool, whatever. I continued down the sandwich line and she added my veggies. The lettuce was brown, the pickles were old looking and I wasn’t pleased with how they kept the veggies in general or how she applied the Mayo and mustard. It was BEYOND messy. I paid for my food and she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no and she proceeded to stick her hand out giving me a receipt. They just flat out don’t listen here and this was a terrible experience. Save yourself and don’t go here. There’s never any cars in the parking lot for a reason. If I could give it 0 stars, I WOULD. Terrible customer service skills

The food was alright, place was clean, I’ve had better Subway. They kept making excuses in why I couldn’t use any coupons or scan the app. They need a sign saying they don’t accept coupons or can’t scan for rewards. She said the scanner is broken some days. I saw the scanner work before she cut it off, so she lied to my face. I used to work for a restaurant. I know the tricks. They don’t wanna lose sales I get it but she could have just said they don’t do scans. I’d have understood and not have bought two sandwiches when I was thinking I might get a discount. The vibe from the lady made me think I might not wanna come back.

Now I can see why they never have cars in the parking lot. The 2 women that were there are RUDE! They kept rushing us when we were trying to order. We were the ONLY customers in there. They made feel nervous and uncomfortable. I’ll NEVER go back there again. I’ll ride to the Berwick one that in inconvenient and out the way before I go back to this one!

The steak was bad on my sandwich so I took it back and I was told it’s nothing they can do! And that the steak is good, how do you tell a customer it’s good when you’re not the one eating it! Really sick to my stomach over this and eating the bad steak but no problem I’ll never go back to that subway.

The folks here are really quite nice, the process is quick. However, I have consistently paid $14 for a sandwich that is now $18 overnight. Sorry but that is too much for a Subway sandwich. Use the “online order” feature on subways website to compare this one to its neighbors and I think you’ll see a difference worth driving down the street for.
