Why would you give me iced coffee in a hot cup with the excuse that there are no plastic cup all because I asked for no ice inside. I asked for caramel iced coffe cream and sugar and you gave my iced coffee with absolutely nothing. Just regular chilles coffee.. the women working there at 11 am today October 25,2025 absolutely are horrendous and very childish.

Super busy during the dinner rush with people over reacting for having to wait a few minutes trying to rush the staff. But they all did their jobs and smiled and worked together to get it done. I recently ordered a McDonald’s Deluxe burger, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The burger did not look or taste like anything “deluxe.” The vegetables were old, dark, and unappetizing, making the entire meal disgusting. I expect better quality from McDonald’s, especially when paying extra for a “deluxe” option. This experience was very unpleasant, and I hope you take action to improve the freshness and quality of your food.

Came to this location through the drive-thru I was in the outside Lane waiting for someone to take my order I had to back up and get back into the lane for the speaker to work which then someone told me just a moment I waited there for over 10 minutes before I decided to come inside to place my order, at that moment I came in and I told him at the register that I have been waiting in the Drive-Thru Lane for almost 15 minutes and four cars went past ordered their food and I was still waiting and I had been there way before all of them the manager or whoever was in charge at this time could not do anything to help me or give me an explanation okay I’m standing there and I’m feeling like a dumb dumb because they don’t know what to do and how to handle a situation when a customer is upset for being skipped

Absolutely terrible experience. They gave me the wrong order, and to make it worse, the employee took my phone inside when she only asked to see my mobile order. That already felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
When she finally came back with the food, there was no apology, no “thank you for waiting,” nothing. All she said was “here” and handed me the bag like I was an inconvenience.
On top of all that, my large fry was upside down inside the bag, so fries were everywhere. Just careless service from start to finish. If you’re going to mess up an order, the least you can do is apologize and show some basic customer service.

Not happy at all I got a big Mac meal and my big Mac was ice cold. My fries were cold and my sprite was flat. I asked the lady at the counter to give me a better sprite from the other machine and that sprite was flat and she seemed annoyed because I asked for a better soda. I’m not happy that I spent $14 on a meal and it was all cold. I took the food to go and I wasn’t going back because I already left so I’m very upset that I spent $14 of my hard earned money. it’s unacceptable. You guys need to do better. This isn’t the first time.

A very spacious restaurant. The seating is new and plenty. There is braille on the table for the table number. Very nice to do this. Order via kiosk. The 2 for 2.79 McMuffin deal is good. The McMuffins are delicious but a bit too salty. The 1.49 large iced coffee is great deal too but the sugarless coffee is out of stock. Staff are nice but service is really slow.

The lady at the window was unnecessarily rude to my friends and I. She heard the wrong order, blamed it on us, and said “Give me those back” when we requested the right sauce. Maybe she was having a rough day, I’m not sure, but that kind of attitude should not be encouraged 🙁 I hope her night gets better.

waste of time and money. went to grab drive through, was kept waiting for literally 20 minutes. Food was ice cold and they forgot part of the order – didn’t even give a straw for the drink. Should have just grabbed a granola bar from home instead.
