The burger was one of the best that I have had in years! The customer service could improve. I called in to order for takeout. The lady on the phone kept cutting me off, and actually hungup on me while I was speaking, also my formalities like “thank you” and “please” were completely ignored. When I picked up my food the lady handling my order only looked at me once to ask what i ordered, then was just as short as the person on the phone call. I absolutely did not get a friendly atmospheric vibe from this place.

Great place with a few exceptions. Since when does an omelette not include hash browns or at least an offer to add hash browns? Why are potatoes, the least expensive ingredient, being treated like a luxurious, exclusive addition? The food was entirely way way too greased and oiled and buttered. Just far and away an inappropriate amount of oil on our food. We will never come back here no recommend. I love small town diners but these people don’t know how to cook.

Had breakfast here and it was terrible. I don’t know how anyone can make scrambles eggs taste so horrible, like they were cooked in rancid grease. Husbands omelet was greasy and had the same horrible taste to it. The hash-browns weren’t cooked all the way and where they were cooked they were burnt . Toast was the color of charcoal, burnt black and they still served it. Will not ever be going here again. Chairs and booth seats were ripped and cracked so where is your pride in this business. The only edible thing was our juice and the kids liked the pancakes. As soon as we got home had to take medicine to settle my stomach, as keep burping and feel nauseated. Have never had a reaction like this before.
UPDATE, 24 hours now, after eating at Richie’s Cafe, I’m now dealing with diarrhea and cramping from it. Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemies.

Truly one of the only diners left in these parts! Love it seating at the counter and the cooks are right their doing it all. Outstanding breakfast thank you guys and gals⚠️can’t wait to go back for a burger. They grind their own and it looked really good.

The staff is friendly, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable. My wife and I tried Richie’s for the first time almost 2 months ago, and we have been back in almost every weekend since. You wont get this kind of greasy goodness at a chain restaurant.

My friend went to eat at Richies Koffee Shop yesterday and was refused service simply for wearing an anti-trump shirt. So they denied a customer for practicing her freedom. I have been going to Richies for 30 years. The service has gotten worse and worse over the years. After yesterday, I’m done. Good riddance Richie’s!
