Called and every single person that works there does not speak any English and did not know what a fountain drink was. Ordered Grubhub this morning and they didnt give the driver any drinks. So called and asked if they dont give fountain drinks to the driver or if they do if we were to order again. Multiple people could not answer whether or not we would get our drinks that we order via Grubhub or Doordash. Hopefully no one needs to ask anything in English or have any issues because the workers and management wont know what you’re asking or talking about.

The lady that works there literally told me she could not cut my sandwich in half because it was already too small she told me it’s small enough I told her regardless I want my sandwich cut in half and she proceeded to tell me that I had an attitude and I need to watch my tone and then ask me do I want the sandwich or not I was not happy with this lady or her service

Ordered ahead and she made the order wrong. Very rude and disrespectful. Gave me the wrong bread, cheese, sauces and vegetables. She was not busy at all. Very very rude. It was good. They accept food stamps. I did see some other reviews how they are skimpy on their meat. It was a good sandwich but I do agree there should be a little more than one layer of meat. I actually didn’t taste much of the meat. And I added salami to my sandwich when I got home

Been a few times now. First thoughts while ordering for first time was all about how slowww the lady making our sandwiches was moving. Couldn’t believe it. Other lady moved slightlyy faster our next visit, but overall definitely don’t go in to order while trying to hurry or you’ll get irritated lol Sandwiches were good, even better as a wrap. Salad I got lost time was bomb.

The sandwiches are very, very good! Each one is made with fresh cut meats and cheeses, the breads are so good, the sandwich veggies are fresh and tasty, and it’s a great price. You can chose between 3 sizes of sandwich too. And while you are there, try their giant brownie, or cookie. You’ll thank me later!

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. When I received my order one of the sandwiches was prepared incorrectly (I ordered a sandwich with no meat and it came with meat) so I called the store and told them my order was wrong (they confirmed the order was incorrect) and I asked if they could remake and deliver a replacement. He said yes and that it would be ready shortly. I call the store an hour later to see if there was an eta on my sandwich to which he replied “oh you ordered it for delivery?” (After previously agreeing to deliver the replacement) I said yes he said they don’t deliver so I would need to contact port of subs website. Wish I would have known he wasn’t listening when I asked for it to be delivered so I wasn’t waiting around for an hour for a sandwich that was never gonna show up.
