There are restaurants with servers—and then there are restaurants with servers! I’ve been coming to the Pompano Beach location for over three years, and I often see the same friendly faces, from the host stand to the servers and beyond. The staff is consistently welcoming and always ready to help you find the perfect meal.
Sometimes I dine solo (not my favorite), and other times I’m joined by friends or family. Tonight, I was lucky to have three close friends with me—and we were even luckier to have Celeste as our server. She was warm, social, and made us feel completely at home. Drinks and refills arrived without us ever having to ask, and she kept the energy light and fun with her humor.
The food, as always, was delicious—but the service made the experience truly exceptional.

Today I came to Carrabba’s on my lunch break with my husband and our coworker, and once we walked in, we were greeted by a manager who was standing as the hostess, and then we were seated at a booth that wasn’t the correct size for the party of three, it was a lot smaller than what we would needed. So we moved to a bigger table with the help of the manager, Melissa, who turned around our whole entire experience by making sure we got excellent service. Our food came out rapidly along with a great wine recommendation that I ended up have 2 glasses of the The prisoner, wine red blend. Definitely come back from Melissa. She’ll make sure you’re taking care of despite how busy the restaurant is. If Melissa isn’t here, don’t expect the best experience but while she is here, expect that you’ll be served 100% and catered too!!

What a great deliciousness and night of wine, food and new friends! Lucille, Laura & Alex provided top notch service, information on the wines for our 4 course tasting & everyone had a great time! The theme was Director’s Cut so we worked our way through the Coppola’s. The movie-themed popcorn, wine charm and pin were a nice tchotchkes.
They do these every month, different themes and I’ll be back! June is Summer in the Valley.

Attended the fabulous wine dinner in January and our server (who is usually a hostess) Samantha was polite, service oriented, and knowledgeable and anticipated our needs throughout the meal. Great and friendly personality and very professional while being laid back-she will be an excellent server one day and I hope that day is soon so I can ask for her moving forward. 5+++stars

My wife and I enjoyed the wine dinner tonight. It was incredible! Everything from the food to the perfectly paired wine to the exceptional service.
We go out to eat at least twice a week and nothing compares to the experience we have at the wine dinners at Carrabba’s. The restaurant is clearly run incredibly well by the Proprietor Vickie, along side her manager Lucille, who did an amazing job describing the wines to us and telling us all about the special events they hold.
Laura is a special treasure at Carrabba’s. She is exceptional with her knowledge and service. She is the first person that comes to mind when thinking about wine dinners and we always look forward to seeing her. We will be back often

Our party of 13 received nothing but 10/10 customer service. The food was excellent. Our server, Alex was amazing. Every staff member was so nice, including the managers. There was no frowning faces from any of the employees. Everyone was very welcoming. Everything Alex recommended was delicious. I love the chicken soup. Absolutely amazing. My husband cannot stop talking about the short ribs. 10/10. We will definitely be back again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
