We walked in and were greeted buy a friendly gentleman who seated us promptly.we waited about 5 minutes before the waitress came and took our drink order and then brought our drinks 3/4 the way full and I got a regular Pepsi instead of diet but I had to wait another 20 minutes until she finally came to take our order and I said I ordered diet, she went and got me a diet soda. She took our order and never came back to ask us how things were or refills or needed anything else. I have been here before and received excellent service, far from it this time our waitress was not good. Also, my mother ordered the fish dinner and her fish was barely warm and rubbery.

We LOVE this location… when Ashley is able to wait on us that is. Today we were set in Caleb’s section. Danon was kind enough to get our drink order. After Caleb took our food order, he never refilled our drinks (had to ask Danon to do it again while he was also trying to seat people coming in) we waited for 40 minutes for our food and never got it. A table that was seated behind us and ordered AFTER us was served their food. At that point, we asked for our ticket for our sweet teas. Caleb asked if we’d like our food to go. We declined and asked for our ticket again. We had an appointment to make and after what is normally enough time to be waited on and eat we had to leave hungry and very disappointed. On days Ashley is not there her presence,excellent service and smile is felt. Danon was the only bright spot we had today.

My son And I love this place. It was our first time visiting a Bob Evans. As soon as you walk in, you’ll love the décor it’s very country, very comfortable, very homey. The service was great. The food was delicious and affordable. I definitely recommend you stop in. We were there for breakfast.I had the french toast and my son had the biscuits sandwiches.

As always great food and awesome service. Our family always love to come here as it is my mom and dad’s favorite restaurant. The complimentary breads are awesome and our family do enjoy their complimentary banana bread the best. However, we noticed lately, they’re not serving that as a complimentary. Sad. Almost everyone has tried and loved their honey butter chicken breasts, while the kids their little piggy hotcakes. I recently tried the new Dang Hot Chicken and it was pretty good.

My server, Elizabeth—I hope I spelled her name correctly—was immediately accommodating to my needs and possessed an excellent work ethic. The manager is very knowledgeable and can communicate ideas very clearly. The southern-themed atmosphere was very comforting and delightful. Thank you very much for a fun afternoon!

Jada our server was great. She kept an eye on us. My wife questioned the hand breaded chicken breast cause it was a small piece of fried chicken. So she took it back and got a chicken fried steak for her. The food was hot and tasted good. That is why we stopped at Bob Evans. Comfort food. We really like the dinner plater. It’s the smaller portions.

Tried it after a year. Still not good. Ordered roast beef dip sandwich. Received pot roast. Offered two pieces of toast to make it into a sandwich. Too late at night to wait for the kitchen staff to recook and get it correct. Shaking my head in disgust as I at what was served. Felt as if I was back in the military eating whatever they put in front of you is what you get whether you like it or not! Next time I think I will order the piggy pancakes as they looked more edible other than the two old, brown, pieces of banana.
