I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and seemed more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers. My order took much longer than expected, and when I asked for assistance, I was met with an attitude instead of a solution.
Good customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope management takes the time to properly train staff so future customers are treated with respect and efficiency.

I just want to give credit to this gentleman who has been doing cleaning job in the morning. He wiped every single table the playground area so nice and clean and then cleaned doors. They are now shining like brand new. When we have someone taking his job seriously, no matter what he’s doing, he’s making this world a better place. And he just makes this McDonald the brightest in town this morning! Thank you!

I don’t normally get takeout, let alone McDonald’s, but I wanted to leave this five-star review for the gentleman who took my order and helped me use the McDonald’s app. He was very respectful, cool, relaxed, helpful, and genuinely sounded like he enjoyed his job, so I appreciate it. It sounded like a young man. He should get a raise. The person took my order was at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6th. Hopefully that helps, so management can recognize his efforts.

This place is horrible. The entire place needs to be restaffed. I went to the drive through or the fry of landfish, only cheese and a pin piece. Check my bag. There was no fish so I go back inside while I’m waiting for them to fix my mistake. There are about 4 other people. Either waiting or that come in to have their mistakes. Fixed.
Finally, I get my fish only cheese thinking to myself. They already messed up once. There’s no way they’ll do it again. So I get out to the car, went to check it again.It’s a fillet, no cheese with tartar sauce. Even screwed up something simple as sauce I asked for sweet-and-sour with my 10 piece and they gave me ranch. And that was just the first time that week that they messed up an order of mine.
I don’t know maybe the problem is me. Because I keep going back there. But I’m on the road a lot. So unfortunately, I end up at these places quite often.

I mean, it’s a McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting, a review is pointless. BUT I was having a bad day one time, and I got an extra chicken nugget AND they upgraded my small fry to a medium. Not BECAUSE I was having a bad day, it was a coincidence, but man, it helped.

when picking up doordash this location has a dedicated doordash window. however when they’re busy and understaffed they ignore the window and do not remove the sign that says that have a doordash window nor do they put a closed sign at that window

Disappointed. Waited an hour and a half just to be told to park in one of the spots and for them to forget about our food while some people would get food at the window and drive away. Called them 4 times and 3 times they hung up on us. Food was cold. 4 people parked drove away too without getting their food due to waiting too long.
