I had a great experience at Taco Bus thanks to Moe working the late shift. Even late at night, Moe provided excellent customer service and had a great attitude. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything in my order was correct.
The food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of the food and the experience customers have. Moe treats the place like it’s his own business, making sure everything runs smoothly and that customers leave satisfied.
It’s not easy working late hours, but Moe handles it professionally and goes above and beyond. Employees like him are hard to find, and he definitely deserves a raise for the way he represents the business and takes pride in his work.

Moe was incredible! Super descriptive on all the food options . Gave great customer service in the dead of night. In a time where I needed good service Moe brought perfect quality. Food came out delicious , hot and flavorful! It’s insane how you can fit such a perfect little spot in a gas station ; well with people like Moe running the kitchen you can see how this place is able to thrive ! I stopped to use facilities, get gas and decided to get A couple of Taco’s. These were really good, the only complaint was, I got Chipotle chicken, it was supposed to be spicy.. It was like Gringa spicy. Like if the English decided to make chili lol. If I would have gotten it off Krome Blvd Homestead Miami, It would have had that mouth numbing affect . I even got the Green Verde sauce, supposed to be the spiciest. I loved the Tacos, It just didn’t Bring the heat. My kids loved the one I brought home! I would definitely eat here again, but if you like spicy like Me, Ask them for some fresh chopped jalapeno peppers or other spicy peppers to bring the heat you love… In Homestead, when you stop road side, you get heat , and if you ask for extra heat, you get mouth Numbing Deliciousness.. love this Taco Bus, just bring on the heat

Stop for some gas and saw this taco place so I gave it a shot. Nothing special, I got tacos and an empanada. The empanada was dry and the ground beef tasted bland with out the hot sauce. The tacos were the same way. Staff was friendly and the place was being remodeled so nowhere to eat. It was stable but I wouldn’t go back.

Moe was super friendly and made the whole experience great. He memorized our entire (pretty big) order without writing anything down, which was honestly impressive. Ordering felt more like a conversation than a transaction, and you can tell he genuinely cares about customers. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here.

Hands down one of the best Taco Bus experiences I’ve had.
Mo runs the kitchen with confidence and it shows in the food. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and his energy made the whole place feel welcoming. He’s friendly, engaging, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Would come back just because of him.

We stopped by after a hard rock trip starving for some taco bus. Mo was super sweet, and gave us all the assistance we could have asked for.We got beef empanadas (my fav) and beef tacos. The food was fresh and delicious not to mention cooked and prepared with love by our awesome Mo! Thank you Mo
