This is mcdonalds chicken tenders? Looks like fried seafood of some sort. Fries tasted like they have been sitting since lunch. Its 6pm. Havent even tried the tenders yet, not sure im going too. Bad mcdonalds here, thats saying alot! I eat mcdonalds regularly being a truck driver. Place was also pretty dirty.

I should have known from the way the disrespected the elderly gentleman in front of me that this was NOT the place I should have had dinner. All he wanted was fries and 4 staff members jumped down his throat for trying to get their attention since no one was at the register!
On to my order ♀️ all I wanted was fresh food. I’m pregnant and haven’t been able to eat and finally had an appetite. My entire order was old and the staff refused to correct my order. They argued me down that I ate the food because I gave my baby 1 of the 10 nuggets before I discovered they were just as old as the fries they had me wait for because my original fries were COLD. I had to send my husband in the get the order replaced because their attitudes were so bad I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. They were again rude to him and tried to say we “were trying to get over on them to get free food and they were not replacing it because the fries were not in the bag they came in (because I took a picture before returning them) We didn’t ask for anything extra, only freshness like we paid for! The little loud mouth stud and the big backed manager needs to be retrained! While my husband was waiting on our food. Four more people came back into the store, wanting fresh fries because their fries were cold as well. I don’t think it’s too much expecting fresh food when you’re paying for it but luckily this is our first and last time coming to this McDonald’s I’m really just about to stop eating McDonald’s at this point because I am so sick of McDonald’s bullshit

I don’t know wht happened but after a morning meal, I have been feeling bad, vomited and all that stuff, MD disabled me until 5pm, visited the ER with hard pain on the left side. Be careful guys with cheap food, it doesn’t worth it especially when you are a truvk driver. Be safe out there…

Horrible food, just awful and EXPENSIVE. That double hamburger looks like it was cooked 6 months ago, and tasted even worse than it looks. Dr Pepper had no bubbles AT ALL. Probably some new version, for easily tickled people.

Honestly wish I could give less than 1 stsr, but since I can’t I guess it is a 1 star review. I have stopped here several times as it is l 1 of 2 resturants available at this exit with 3 truck sops and where i can meet my truck driving boyfriend. We have experienced long wait times, cold food; orders not made right, and dirty tables, but always went back because of the food choices available at that exit. After our visit last night or should I dare say attempted visit I am honestly not sure if we will be back. Last night I placed an order to pick up at the drive thru thr I ught thier mobile app, arrived 5 minutes later, sat at a lit up restaurant for another 5 minutes before parking and going in to find a closed restaurant. All the lights were on except the kitchen lights, doors were locked or blocked off, no signs saying sorry were closed, and the employees of the attached Pilot knew nothing about why they were closed. I called a phone number that I did find on the door and spoke to a woman who was unaware that this 24 hour store was closed. When I expired that I was unhappy with the fact that I had ordered through the mobile app and that my order was already deducted from my account she stated that she would leave a massage with someone and they would try to refund my account. Doesn’t help when that was t he last of your money till you get paid the next day and that was your supper for the day. Easy solution would be to either be open as your advertising or to have it so mobile orders cannot be placed.

Edit August 2025: Staffing issues for months now. Pay your employees more or something ffs. Waiting 30 minutes for breakfast as a trucker is money lost.
The inside is NICE! Super big. It’s a truck stop so pretty busy. The service is worse then your typical McDonald’s. Employees are always pissed off and hate their lives. I think I saw an employee crying at one point because a customer was yelling…. Y’all need to be nicer to the employees. Even if they are mostly grumpy. However they never get my order wrong which is a big +. Never once heard a worker say “How are you today” but shoot, do you really care or are you just saying that. At least theyre honest lol. Not the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 2 stars

This is the worst MCD breakfast ever! I was excited for a spicy sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, unfortunately they forgot it. I went back to the counter and a very friendly lady gladly took my bag and had one made, I left for my truck, open up the McMuffin and its bun is burned. I tried to eat its burnt bun makes it not good, the biscuits and gravy (the only way I like biscuits) taste bad, and the ice coffee is watered down but it had 2 ice cubes. I’d go back inside to get a refund, but I’m on a time crunch.

Absolutely terrible service at this location. The drive-through is always closed and only allows you to put in mobile orders. The management staff is very unhelpful. I attempted several times to put in a mobile order and asked for help. They would not assist me with this because they stated they were too busy and I would need to come inside. It is always ran like this slow service, long waits, and cold food. The Lewis legacy was not built on what I just witnessed tonight. Shameful! Whoever the male manager is working on 10-17-25 at 10:20pm needs replaced. Going above and beyond for customers needs to return! I would challenge the district manager or one of the owners to shop this location in the evening!
