I ordered 3 kinds of boneless wings and an onion ring. They came cold, taste old and mixed up. No onion rings at all. I contacted the bbw and they told me to contact uber. All I wanted was another fresh order. This is why restaurant/customer wars exist. I spent $26 on this bs. They won’t get another dime from me.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment. Finally asked for name and another 5 minutes for food. Get home to find burnt cheese curds and barely any sauce in the boneless wings.

look. i get being busy on a friday night. i used to be a server. but to not put half the order in our bags, totally unacceptable! and this combo app??? where is the combo?? we had slider and wings, 2 onion rings and 2 mozzarella sticks. not happy at all. still

Stopped for a quick lunch and we were impressed! Service was fantastic! (Thank you, Tammy) We split the 10 traditional wings lunch special for $13 – traded up from fries to a garden salad, added a second garden salad and a side of carrots and celery. Wow! Lunch was great – lettuce, scallions and tomatos definitely fresh – and we have a take-away snack for later. If you haven’t tried Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch lately – definitely give them a try. Thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings.

Came here around 5pm to pick up my order today. Two employees stood at the register and wouldn’t acknowledge I was waiting to get my food for a good 2 minutes. My boneless wings were dry and hard. Didn’t even get to eat half of my order before giving up. Super disappointing. Probably won’t be returning as this hasn’t been the first bad experience picking up an online order.

If you order online do NOT go by the time you are provided for pick up. They were 40 min late on my pick up time. The host told me it is because they prioritize dinners over pick up so the pick up times are never right. My advice is expect a minimum of 30min of additional time for pickups. If you are not okay with that then order somewhere else.

The food was good, but they ignored my husband while he was picking up the food. He had to stop someone to be helped. They also forgot our fountain drinks. We’ll just get it from Circleville next time.

Stopped in for Dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was perfected, the staff was wonderful, and it was overall a good experience. Lex and I always get the wings and way too many sides. I highly recommend this place, the prices are reasonable as well as worth It for what you receive.

They were out of a lot of things because of a remodeling coming up. But despite that we had a great experience today. It was busy but our server Sara did an awesome job. Will definitely go back after the remodeling to check it out.
