I had a great experience, friendly and attentive staff. Food was great, served quickly and hot! It was quiet with a relaxed atmosphere and they have free wifi that was easy to connect to. Great menu selection, I appreciated that I could order breakfast for dinner if I wanted to. I also appreciated they are open 24 hours and I still experienced excellent customer service even though it was late. I didn’t see any name tags otherwise I would have complimented my waitress by name.

I was with a party of 11, and our server Amber was amazing!! She checked in on us and made sure the food and everything was okay. The food did take a little while, but she was so nice and considerate. I also got a triple burger! Was super yummy, but didn’t finish cause it was so big lol

Let me get to the food and service before I hit the awful atmosphere.
I honestly believed the cook must have been new. We ordered 5 meals and a couple of sides, some food was rubbery, some was burnt, it all came out it spurts and items were forgotten despite having been turned in, some food was mush and not cooked all the way in the center, and this was probably one of the worst egg cooks I have encountered in years.
Our server however was attentive, kind, respectful to a point… I say this because he made a couple of jokes that weren’t really child friendly, but were honestly nothing most people would have picked up on, so he wasn’t socially unacceptable just maybe could have been less nervous about his efforts.
Now, the atmosphere. It was no wonder this guy was on edge. At one point another server came to a table of some friends who he was struggling to get their order because they refused to speak to him in English. Now wait, don’t hate me yet, there’s a kick so keep reading. After he finally got them everything and made it through the struggle as calm and best as he could.. this is when the other sever came over. They were all of them laughing and mocking him in Spanish. Yes, a lot of people do know Spanish. Then when he was out of ear shot they all began speaking in English. It was all of it simply to cause him trouble and they all thought it was hilarious to mock and bully him. Every time he came back they would speak in Spanish again.
There was another time, as I walked past their prep station, that I over heard one server call out to our server, “looser” but under his breath and hatefully. Two other workers laughed at our server and they all mocked him until he walked away. And to be honest I am convinced now the cook was causing our server problems simply because he was the class punching bag.
This was by far one of the worst Dennys I have ever eaten in and I am sorry I took my family there. The staff is hateful, the food is awful, and I am not taking our children back in to that place again. There is absolutely zero chance as unafraid as the staff behaved that the manger does not know what is happening.
Before we left we gave our server a great tip and a great compliment. But we will not be returning again.

Definitely a hard no. We arrived, got seated, and waited for 30–40 minutes without a single person coming to our table. Not even to offer water or drinks. During that time, new guests kept walking in and were immediately helped, while we were completely ignored. Even the general manager was attending other tables and clearly saw us sitting there doing nothing.
What’s worse is that when we finally decided to leave, no one said a word. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to fix the situation. The general manager literally saw us getting up and leaving and didn’t bother to say anything at all.
This level of service is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. We felt invisible and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Emily (Green Bay, WI. West) was our waitress and did a marvelous job. We showed up last minute with a party of 21. They accommodated us quickly, took our orders, got food/drinks out in a timely manner. The waitress was so sweet, fast, professional, patient with kids ordering on their own, did a great job remembering every ones order. Im so impressed with the service, the atmosphere, the food, everything. The manager was also kind and greeted everyone and helped his staff.
