I love IHOP pancakes. Because of that, I’m a bit of a pancake snob. I hate when my pancakes are left under the heat lamps and get crusty. Unfortunately that happened during this visit. Luckily my server Gabriel made sure to get me light and fluffy pancakes (it took 2 additional attempts). Gabriel is always super polite and efficient – he’s an excellent ambassador for the restaurant

Tracey was a great waitress. We went here for our anniversary. She went above and beyond especially for serving us during the late night hours from 11:30-12:30 at night. She was prompt with all requests and helpful is getting our entire order accurate a fresh.

Restaurant was empty. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. Waitress no where to be seen. Finally ordered the bottomless pancake meal. Was never asked if I’d like more. Asked for a coffee refill and it never came. And for this you’re asked to tip server. Nope

The waitress was excellent! Her Service was impeccable. My only issue with this location of IHOP is the cleanliness. It does not seem clean at all. My table was sticky and there were syrup Splatters all over the condiment display on the table. We stopped coming to this location about a year and a half ago due to the dirty look and feel of the restaurant. We decided to come back again today to try it out. Unfortunately, it still appears very dirty. Our waitress was the bright spot in our meal. The food was decent also. The floors should be kept very clean as well as the tables, chairs and condiment displays on the tables. It’s definitely is not the case with this location.

This is by far the best IHOP I have patroned…. And I have patroned A LOT. I am admittedly a pancake-a-Holic; so when ihop rolled out their bottomless pancakes special, and this location was conveniently NEXT DOOR to our hotel in Naples, we came every night
The food arrived in a timely manner, even when the place was relatively busy. The pancakes were piping hot and fluffy as ever! The syrup caddies are back so I got to flavor sample to my hearts content as I consumed flapjack after flapjack.
Krista was our hostess who seated us and she also was our waitress. She was extremely attentive, refilling drinks before we even asked.
As soon as she realized she had a heavy pancake consumer on her hands, she was ready with the next order! The pancakes were endless! Her attitude was uplifting and her personality was a breath of fresh air in a field where nastiness has prevailed. She clearly values her skills in customer service and genuinely wants her customers to leave with a smile on their faces.
It was a delight to be seated with her and I hope to see her again soon, the next time we visit the area. We hail from Miami so we can come frequently!

We stopped in at IHOP on Pine Ridge Rd in Naples and honestly, this review isn’t about the food (it’s IHOP, you know what you’re getting ). It’s about our waiter, Gabe.
He was absolutely outstanding. Extremely attentive, on top of everything without being overbearing, super fast, and had the best manners. He checked in at just the right times, kept drinks filled, and made sure everything came out smoothly.
Great service like that makes all the difference. Gabe truly made our experience, give that guy a raise!
