I tried McDonald’s new chicken wrap for lunch today for $2.99. I got the spicy wrap. I thought the chicken tender in the wrap would have a spicy breading, but it was a heavily breaded regular chicken tender with buffalo sauce, a little shredded lettuce and a tiny bit of shredded cheese in the bottom third of the wrap. The majority of the sauce was also in the bottom third of the wrap, maybe because whoever was making them just threw it together since it was 11:45 and lunchtime. I also used the app to get the large size of fries for $1.49. The fries were piping hot and perfectly salted. I haven’t ordered large fries in a long time and I was surprised by how big it was.

Ordered something simple for 4 kids and a coffee, was to the table before I sat down… kids play area was warmer then the last time I was here appreciate that alot for being early in the day and they made sure everything was good for their customers

Order was correct and food was great. The lobby is comfortable with different seating options(I picked the large leather sofa) and there’s even a McDonald’s Playplace! Not many locations still have one compared to years ago, if you have kids and dont mind them running through the tube’s this would be the location to visit.

Food is about what you expect from mcdonalds. However there are fruit flies flying around in the lobby. I hate to imagine whats back in the kitchen. Floors are unswept, and tables are not clean. I even came when they were slow.

We always drive further to come to this McDonalds because the play place makes it so worth it. It saved us on many snowy cold days.
It would be awesome if they added a disinfectant wipe dispenser in the play place or wiped the tables down more frequently.

Very clean location. Staff was in the dining area for the two hours I was there using the internet and stretching my legs. It’s the newest design. Super easy access as your traveling. Has a clean play area for kids. Other places to eat close by.

Worse experience ever in this restaurant today. Stopped for 2 iced coffees and a fry and to use the restroom in our travel today. There were more than 5 employees visible during our wait taking care of trash, making fries and the manager on duty Ashkey was stocking sauces. Stood there for 17 minutes before the fry guy asked our order number. Apparently the drink machine was being cleaned and no one bothered to let us know. When I asked for a refund at 22 minutes past the order time stamp Ashley was snippy about it and that’s when she told us someone should have let us know when we ordered… which they clearly had not. Uninspiring service and total lack of customer service in the restaurant with employees not seeming to care or aware of people standing and waiting for their order. Didn’t think it was that complicated to be aware of your surroundings and be concerned for customers. Would not recommend stopping at this restaurant!

I usually go almost every morning to get a coffee. This time they put an espresso in a fountain pop cup, and it does not say on there “caution hot”. I carried it inside and burned my arm. I then called a manager to report it and let them know. The first time calling someone hung up on me, and the second time I called back the manager just said “ok have a good day” never apologized or even offered a refund very unprofessional.
