This location is always inconsistent. Today the fires were the culprit in a happy meal with there being roughly 9 in the container. I rarely visit this location, but every time I do, there’s always some issue not to mention everybody seems very unpleasant, last time I will go there

Went here with my friend yesterday and ordered a large hot coco and a large caramel macchiato. They gave us what we thought was a large macchiato and a small hot coco, I tell them it was supposed to be a large. They say that they are out of large cups, so I hold up my Carmel macchiato to show them what they JUST gave me. They gave me the gen z stare (I’m 19) so I asked them to look at my receipt and if I paid for a large I wanted a large. They end up giving us the “large” turns out they were BOTH actually mediums and the hot coco had about 2 inches of whipped cream. I don’t usually do this but I literally got ripped off 100%

I usually don’t have too many issues with this location but this one particular night I got home and realized they not only forgot my ten piece nugget but also put diced onions on a double cheese burger that was not supposed to have them. I went back and they remade the burger. I realized that they put onions on the burger a second time, making it the third time they had to make the same burger. I get home and ready to eat, my meal was supposed to come with a four piece nugget, I opened the container for the nuggets and it was filled with Big Mac sauce instead of nuggets. Here’s a picture for context because I was livid. I understand they were busy so forgetting some things can happen but this felt so intentional.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here 3 times now with my kids and every time I go it’s horrible. Never again. All the employees are chatting about drama while they hand me my food and super unorganized. Also extremely slow!!! I never ever leave reviews but this place is bad. Also the fries here taste like they have no salt and all the nuggets are super thin and over done looking and tasting. Just go to any other McDonald’s.

If I didn’t have to give any starts this fast food restaurant would be a zero star. Today is 1/08/26 at 5:00pm the whole system here is ran without food or even quality customer service. I ordered 1 Large chicken McCrispy without tomatoes, two small cheese burgers and a large diet. Not only did I not get a large (I received medium), I was minus one cheese burger and someone else’s meal was charged on my card! I have the receipt. I told the lady at the last window who handed me my food and she did not listen she did not even acknowledge anything other than the large diet soda. I told her I just paid for someone else’s meal and she says “HERE YA GO!” And shoved the drink out the window into my had. I just drove off without the cheeseburger or fixing the payment because that was wildly inconsiderate and poor customer service. I get that this is fast food but if I’m going to pay the prices they’re charging now a days – I want to pay for only my food and I want to receive my food. I am not a prude but that was appalling! Order 5:05 01/08/26 KS#13 side 2 Order 08 is not my order. The staff needs new training! Maybe even needs to be replaced.

Food is good quality for McDonald’s but drive thru is slow and they seem to mess up orders more than other McDonalds. Make sure to double check your order every time. On our most recent visit they obviously gave us the wrong order’s sandwich.

Consistently the worst service of any fast in Lacey. Long waits and silence from employees regarding issues until the entire restaurant seems full. Slower than Jack in the Box, and that takes effort. Well worth the drive to a McDonald’s that is further away.

First of all, they forgot my PREGNANT wife’s sausage & egg McMuffin, not a big deal, but then we came back through and asked for a replacement for the one we didn’t get and the sandwich had no egg on it. My HOTcakes, emphasis on the HOT, were cold. Butter was hard, sausage patty was so tough my dog didn’t even want to eat it. The wife’s hash-brown was cold and soggy. As someone who works in the fast food industry I know damn well it’s not that hard to get hot food out in a timely manner without missing items. What are we doing.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Not only do you wait in line for 30+ minutes every time you go but you are always greeted by rude employees that talk over you, vape at the window, and they hardly ever get your food right or make sure you have everything you paid for. This McDonald’s needs serious overhaul, the general manager Alexis is doing a TERRIBLE job. On top of it all I have heard some of the lower level managers speaking to their employees in such deplorable ways, when I go somewhere I do not want to hear the workers being nasty human beings to each other. I am amazed that this place is in business anymore. Avoid this McDonald’s and drive the extra 10 minutes to patron a different one if you need McDonald’s.

What the hell? Woke up for breakfast here got here at 3:56am, was told to wait until 4. Already seemed ridiculous but okay. Then when I pull in at 4 you tell me the system takes 20 minutes to update? Why not tell me 4:20 so I don’t miss work. And you didn’t have to be sassy with me. Nobody is making you work there so at least do your job and not give me an attitude. Sorry not sorry. Staff could use some work.
